Until next time I stayed 2 nights at the Wyndham Grand at Bonnet Creek in Orlando. While there were two minor setbacks that I mentioned in the post-stay survey and am waiting to hear back on, I must say that overall, the experience was exceptional. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, noise levels were minimal, and the service was consistently professional and friendly. The amenities added great value to the stay, even though I wasn't able to use them this stay, making it a place I would gladly return to.

Go see Heather at the Sit in Dining After a rough check-in and bad bar experience and front desk bad time. There was nothing other than Heather from the morning breakfast buffet sit in dining area that saved our experience here at the Wyndham! Heather was warm and welcoming, she cared about our travel and our experience truly, you cannot find anything better than someone who cares about you and your trios experience

A place to come back Ray was amazing! Such a great service very friendly and personalized. Always checking on us specially n out son. We will come back for sure!!! Food was great! Andrea at the omelette station rocked it. Sheis great in multitasking and still with a beautiful smile and very friendly. Thank you Ray and Andrea.

4th stay in 3 years and will keep coming back My wife and I have taken annual Disney trips since 2022 (4th trip now) and always stay here. Great hotel, location, and service without the crazy resort prices for couples. They have shuttle service to the Disney parks, and Nelson the driver is OUTSTANDING. Every year when our trip is approaching we always hope he is still here, and he is! Please keep the shuttle contract, and keep him working there!
