Good location but thats where it ends! Booked this property after reading a few reviews. Was totally disappointed with the property. Apart from Heather in Tesoro Cove, other staff were too cold towards all queries. Jeffery also tried to assist as much as he could. Had to call 4/5 times for the room to be serviced. Most days, no water was replenished and had to call a few times to get the same. Would not recommend this property.

Massage Experience The spa treatment is exceptional. There is a relaxation room where you may partake of herbal tea, juice and water. There are also small nutritional snacks. The staff surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our honeymoon. My husband could join me in the relaxation room as it joins the men’s and ladies locker rooms. The rooms accommodate steam and hot and cold showers to help heal the body. Thank you Sherri Lynn for the hot salt massage and the beautiful touch of opening and closing the session with a Tibetan sound bowl. We appreciate your thoughtfulness! _

My Favorite Hotel in Orlando!!! Just wanted to say thank you to the amazing Valet team at this amazing hotel… we come a couple times a year and every time we are treated like royalty by this amazing team…. Robert Jon Omar and Mario make us feel like family… __ we love that this hotel have so much to do in one place and make sure you have sushi downstairs they always make my daughter a special roll and the cutest origami swan!!! I always get a cauliflower pizza and make sure u have a Dirty Banana… our new favorite!!! Can’t with to see you guys in a few weeks!!!

Fantastic Resort Near Disney Wonderful stay for an onsite 3 day work conference. Lovely resort for business and family vacation in a great area surrounding Disney parks and amusements. The property is very welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable. The valet team is phenomena at this property!!
