14 nights: Good hotel, great location, fabulous views and fireworks 14 night holiday - having stayed at 5 Disney hotels and many 5* across the world I was pleasantly surprised. Good points: - location fabulous across the road to DS - room clean and cleaned every day - beds large and very comfortable - views of DS, Epcot fireworks every night amazing - WiFi good and reliable - pool area clean and always beds free Areas for improvement: - staff could be friendlier but having stayed at Disney maybe I was expecting that …. - food at pool bar expensive and awful (packet/ frozen) - rooms and bathroom a little dated Overall though I would go back and recommend as an in-budget hotel if you can’t afford Disney _

Overall Great Experience My family along with myself were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was clean, staff was pleasant, the location was across the street to Disney Springs, and a very convenient store and restaurant were located in the lobby. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

First responder friendly Traveled for business (training) and was very happy staying here. Owner and location are first responder friendly. Pool area and restaurant provided a nice place to unwind (try the Nashville Chicken Sandwich!) Staff was awesome; rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Overall facility was clean and clearly well-run. Relocated to another hotel (Double Tree Hilton Universal) closer to Universal and wish I'd continued staying here instead. Overall, A. Would definitely stay again.

Family Short Trip This hotel have an excellent location close to restaurants and walking distance to Disney Springs. The rooms are clean and have everything you must need during your stay. The bar serves good small plates. And if you are traveling with kids they have a game room. Staff - very friendly.

5 min walk to Disney Springs & 5 Star Staff! My first time staying at the hotel on a work trip. Incredible experience from start to finish! In addition to an amazing location within a 5 min walk to Disney Springs and a nice pool area/pool bar, the hotel staff were so personable and kind. Shelton at the Valet brought amazing energy and top notch service as soon as we arrived! Then, I had a luggage delay and the bag service received my bag from Delta at 230am and kept it safe until the next morning with no issues. Lastly, after checking out, I left something in the room safe by mistake and within 1 hour Rodrigo from security called and alerted me so I could come back and claim my items before leaving. I even tried to give him a cash tip and he said no and said “I’m just doing my job” which was so impressive! Some stressful travel situations but I was immediately relieved. I highly recommend staying at the Wyndham on your next visit to Orlando!
