You get what you pay for For starters the maid came by once and never saw her again our garbage wasn’t emptied once the whole time we stayed here and beds were never made or changed also the rooms smell.Some of there staff is also very rude, we went down to the pool for a night swim and one of the employees comes in and very rudely tells us to leave 30 minutes early my son also informed the front desk that there is a leak in the roof and they responded by raising their voice saying “ We Know” it really isn’t hard to be nice to a kid? also their AI bartender serves expired juice and we had to ask the front desk for a new drink. If your looking stay in your hotel all vacation this is not the place_

I Drove Back Home with my kids Late at Night as Opposed to Staying I booked this through booking.com. I'm a widow with young kids. A local ministry gifted us tickets to a Christian concert to lift our spirits. It was my daughter's 8th birthday so we chose to stay near so that we wouldn't have to drive back home afterwards. When I got there they tried to charge me and a few other guests an additional fee. We were standing apart from each other and they "checked" and verified that we actually had already paid. Two separate parties, had the same situation. I finally got my room, and it was at the back of the resort, opening up into a sketchy parking lot. I went back and said "hey I can wait for another room, but I'm traveling solo with small kids, I do not feel safe. There is no gate, I'm on the bottom floor in an unattended, non-gated portion of the resort. Please help me." They said that's all I have. I had the booking.com people call them, they said "we can't get anyone on the phone, you need to go to the lobby." I called and called, went to the concert, and the hotel finally called me and said "that's all we have, we're overbooked." After the concert, me and my kids drove back home and arrived after midnight. We didn't stay in the room a single hour, and they refused to refund us. It's not safe, it's not sanitary and customer service was unprofessional.

Smelly Situation Terrible experience with a smelly room, no trash cans, no microwave, no fridge. Building #5 where I stayed was at the very far end of the property that I had to walk almost a mile to the front desk for assistance because the phone was not working either.

Cool times in the sun The rooms were great! I had a large corner room and the sheets and bed were super comfortable. The service was friendly. I locked myself out of my room and they sent an attendant to help me out even at 1am in the morning. The hotel was afforable and was located right next to stores and shops. Best bet!

Ehh Tiny room. Toilet paper dispensor was broken. People fighting from 11 to 1am. Different kinda sheets one was just placed on the bed
