Internal room RCI members will be treated worse than actual owners at this resort and they said that a room with no windows or closet is still considered a bedroom...I booked 9 months in advance.

Nice stay in Ormond Beach We stayed here for 4 nights in June, we enjoyed our stay. The building is an older building and run down in some areas but we got a good price on one of their nicest ocean view rooms, the room was great, recently renovated in the last few years and was in good condition, the pool area and beach access were top notch, great for kids and families. The location is very good, we were able to walk across the street to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful beach resort The Royal Floridian has a prime location on Ormond Beach. The large pool and many amenities make it a great vacation destination. Of course the location is perfect with ocean views from all the balconies, and it is also near many restaurants and shops. The staff here were all extremely helpful & friendly - especially Ty, Natalie & Bryan. I look forward to coming here again.

Loudest Resort I have ever stayed at. Our room was right on the street and very loud at all hours, However, the beach and the pools were great.

Perfect weather in Ormond Beach Well maintained timeshare in beautiful Ormond Beach on the strip north of Daytona Beach. Very quiet area, condo had great views and underground parking. Spacious pool deck with activities for all ages. Splash pad for the little ones and a fenced in kiddie pool. Weather was perfect 82+ everyday. May 3-10, 2024. We traded our home resort on Cape Cod November week.
