short 4 day stay Whoever wrote some of the reviews was not truthfull. There hasn't been a pool or hot tub for 1.5 years due to huricane damage. No shuffle board, no bags for cornhole. Nothing but a beach which was right up to the sea wall at high tide twice a day. They do NOW have direct beach access and tey have a big sun deck. They are painting the exterior and have upgraded the rooms. Granite counter tops, nice appliances, good beds. Our 2 bedroom booked through Capital Vacations gave us a side/street unit dispite about 50 percent occupancy at this place. I was told those are Capital rooms!!! Underground safe parking. Kitchen in our unit not supplied well. Two new fry pans, not a single pot to cook in, no sheet pan to use in oven. No patio chairs on our side unit balcony because they were painting outside but all the owner units ocean side had patio chairs and tables. I guess as a Capital owner you get the short straw.

This is a great and fun place to stay. We have a time share here. It is a great place. The apartments are well designed and the amenities are great. Pool, bikes, boogie boards, shuffle board, chairs/chaise loungers, organized events, and beautiful beach. The staff are very helpful.

Nice facility but under repair The staff are friendly and helpful, the unit is up to date and comfortable with an excellent ocean view. Recycle and trash on each floor are emptied daily. Washer sand dryers are available on 2 floors. The hurricane damage has the pool out of order with constant drilling as repairs are made to the building. I would recommend contacting the resort to check on progress ahead of a stay.

2 bedroom ocean view 2 bedroom, 5th floor, ocean view with large balcony. Dated room. In dire need of a cleaning. Convince of the Washer and dryer few feet away at the end of the outdoor walkway. 2 alternative sun decks besides the main deck. An extremely clean beach. Front desk staff were cordial but not overly friendly. Great location. I would go back again.

outdated very outdated. staff needs updating also, I also went on the capital vacation timeshare visit. They harassed and lied on me an didn't give my gift. The manager of Capital Vacation in New Smyrna lied and said I threatened to blow up the place to get me thrown out. I left on my own but the pressure tactics of Capital Vacation was immense and unethical. Do not got to any Capital Vacation time share recruitment The President of Capital Vacation needs to do an investigation into the unethical treatment at New Smryna Beach . The woman also harassed me and lied on me to staff as I departed.
