Wonderful stay with our family! We loved our stay here with our family. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The suite was big and comfortable. We loved the big private balcony that included a BBQ. My husband and I sat on the balcony in the evenings after putting the kids to bed. It was lovely and peaceful. The beds were incredible. I wanted to take the bed home with me. We will be back!

Awesome ! I have never been disappointed with the Watermark... Very friendly staff, the location...walking distance to everything, the view, pool.and hot tub open... Osooyos is a wonderful getaway and the Watermark Hotel is the icing on the cake❤️

A Very Happy Thanksgiving During the high season, we cannot afford to stay in such hotels, but this time we were incredibly lucky: there were a few rooms left in Watermark at a good price and, what is important for us, they are pet friendly! The amazing hospitality of Olena and Angela at the reception amazed the imagination of our Ukrainian guests. The room itself is superbly equipped, it has new appliances and furniture, it is sparkling clean and smells nice. Everything is in excellent condition. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend and had a delicious gourmet Thanksgiving dinner at 15 Park Bistro. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic experience Exceptional stay. We were thoroughly looked after after our homes were lost in the July 2024 wildfires in Jasper National Park. The whole team looked after us, and the location is absolutely perfect for downtown convenience. Would highly recommend.

Screaming children. Great room and food. Fantastic rooms! Tasty food. Lovely personnel. Warning Not quiet. If you are hoping for peace while lounging on your balcony…this is NOT the place for you. Senseless screaming from the pool. Piercing. Other than that…perfect. Should we return we will stay in the townhouses as they do not surround the pool. Stayed five nights.
