Could be a gem-don't stay now This picture is of the Bentley's Boutique Hotel, the Virage is in the parking lot behind Bentley's. They seem to be the same hotel, you check in at Bentley's & have access to the pool area that is pictured here. Bentley's could be such a gem-it has all the pieces to be a resort type of stay but it is extremely run down. Everyone on the staff was extremely kind except for the breakfast person who yelled at everyone. Breakfast is served at Bently's and we appreciate trying to make everything individual during covid-but the eggs-can't even describe-it was bad. On to our room at the Virage. These are not designed for more than a night or two, we were there for 7 days. There is not a closet or anywhere to put your suitcases. The rooms were renovated in Ikea and have not worn well-everything was so worn that it didn't feel clean. Only one light worked. The bathroom is big, the shower was a great size, I like the cubby holes for storage. The shower ceiling was falling down and moldy and the shower floor was cracked and peeling up. The floor had a big wet spot that never dried the carpet square were peeling everywhere. we did request another room but they were full-every where was full or we would have left. We did not have enough towels and in spite of calling-we never got any more. Our room was never cleaned, the garbage would disappear every couple days. We attached pictures. The Burger King bag stayed outside our door for 5 days-and became a daily game to guess if it would still be there. We would have thrown it way but our trash was full and it was full of ants. We were working remotely and you could only get a signal at the pool at it was sketchy.

Nice quiet Location. The Bentley is a hotel that is more modest than a resort. While it is advertised as having a resort atmosphere, it is sitting on a beautiful piece of property surrounded by nice landscaping. The interior is a motif with modern art pieces. COVID guidelines are followed and visitors did as well. The room I had was on the second floor overlooking the pool. The pool itself was clean and sparkling. The room had been upgraded though the curtains had come off their slide. The bathroom was very clean though it could have used another towel rack. There was no place to hand a used towel or washcloth. The linens were clean though the bed was not well made. There were no USB ports in the room. But, there were many outlets. Also, there was no landline phone which I had to request. I was able to see in a deluxe king room which was quite large, and included a bidet in the bathroom. The 2 leather sides chairs were well worn. The hallway rug truly needs to be replaced. It was quite stained and dirty. The breakfast was modest. Staff members were very helpful, friendly and professional. They were always available for direction. The location was excellent for access to beaches and entertainment.

It’s a strong no from me You can tell there was flooding in the hotel at some point and the room strongly smelled of mildew. The bedding and towels were stained. And old. The shower drain wasn’t working properly and the shower filled up with water. You could hear everything happening in all the surrounding rooms. Would definitely not swim in the pool. It was gross and absolutely not worth the money. Would rather have stayed at a motel six and know what I’m paying for.
