A short 30th wedding anniversary trip to Ottawa. We chose Les Suites as there was considerable uncertainty about the stage Ontario would be in reopening at the time of our anniversary. This hotel offers full suites where one has a full kitchen, dining area, living room area with a pullout couch and arm chair, spacious King-sized bed and full bathroom. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit. One could stay there for weeks. We were advised that staff would not enter out unit while we were there; but to ask for anything we needed. Upon entering the room a laminated sheet outlined their Covid cleaning protocols and the "sealed with tape" dish washer contained all the cleaned/sanitized dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. There is parking on site, pool and fitness centre. It is well located to the mall, Byward Market area, restaurants, and a close walk to Parliament Hill. There was even a surprise anniversary gift let for us with a card. Thankfully we were in Step 3 so there was not a lot of cooking and we felt safe eating both inside and outside in the wonderful restaurants.

Staff & Accommodation is Perfection We were welcomed with great smiles & informative staff. Answered all our questions made some great suggestions & the suite was far above my expectation. Shear perfection for our family's 2 day stay. Pet friendly environment, staff always took the time to give our pup a hello and brief petting. We were all very happy with the experience at Les Suites.

Gem in the city! I took a quick 1 night getaway with a girlfriend to get away from the kids and recharge for a night. What a treat to have stayed at this hotel! This is an ideal location to visit the city. It was so convenient to be able to go for a walk and grab a cocktail during the afternoon and go back to freshen up before heading out for dinner. The staff was professional and courteous. We got a 2 bedroom suite which was extremely spacious and clean. This is a great alternative for anyone considering Airbnb. You get the advantage of space and kitchen facilities along with the convenience of a downtown hotel location. Close to everything - the market, parliament, the canal, restaurants, shopping, transit. I look forward to taking my kids next time.....or maybe I'll leave them at home again :)

Great getaway in the city …. I had a chance to stay at lea suites in Ottawa for a night. It’s amazing location to the market which has everything you need ….. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and very clean and would be amazing for a family getaway. I plan to bring my kids next year as you can walk to everything. I can’t recommend this hotel enough as it has full kitchen area to cook meals and enough space to entertain and relax. Thanks Les Suites for an amazing stay I can’t wait to come back and we’ll tell everyone about your spot Cheers C

Wonderful location, spacious apartment We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised to find a second bathroom through the walk in closet. The apartment is a bit dated but the size and location make up for that. Kitchen with full size stove and refrigerator and all necessary utensils, small washer and dryer, dining table and chairs for 4, couch and chair, lots of lamps, balcony. The only negative was the stale smell, like it had been smoked in at one time. Minor issue. We walked within minutes to Byward Market, Loblaws grocery store, Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal walkway, Rideau shopping Centre and the downtown Avis rental car office when it was time to leave Ottawa. All the staff we encountered were wonderful. There is a cafe in the lobby serving breakfast and snacks and they have a small store for essentials. Parking is available for a fee. This was a wonderful stay and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else while in Ottawa.
