Great service, great rooms, excellent amenities, perfect location This was a Scouts Canada training event, but I brought my wife with. Very close to Parliament and other local attractions, we could walk to almost everything we wanted. Good train service just a few blocks away. Unfortunately, we were there when Covid19 hit and just about everything we were interested in closed. But we found the people of Ottawa very friendly and helpful with great suggestions. We'll have to come back at a better time.

Nice hotel, but dowtown is noisy The room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable, but tucked into a nook area- unable to walk around them, pillows not very comfortable.Location excellent. Loved how close it was to transportation and walking distance to many attractions. Not the hotel's fault, but, sidewalk snow removal starts at 5 am for the World Exchange Plaza and it is loud (Albert Street facing)

My go to hotel in Ottawa I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times. The hotel is very nicely situation. There are many restaurants around the hotel but it is away from the Market area that it is not noisy. The rooms are spacious and clean. The club lounge always has plenty of snacks and beverages. The staff are always very friendly. There is only 1 suite at this hotel. So if you're looking for a suite, make sure you book it way in advance.

Good bedding & breakfast After getting out lf the coziest bed there is, we ate a good breakfast at Sheraton’s (these eggs and banana brioche bread were simply delicious). Our dedicated waitor, Micco, was a gem and he gave us the best advices to find activities around the city. Both mornings we have been served in french, which is appreciated since we are from Montreal. Thank you ! Valérie & Sandra

Helpful Staff My wife and I visited Ottawa to see the Chicago Blackhawks take on the Ottawa Senators. Although it was cold and our stay was a bit short we had a fantastic time. We had a good stay at the Sheraton. It's a bit outdated but that would not deter me from staying again. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of downtown/financial district. One block from Parliament Station where you can catch the train to go anywhere. Canada's Parliament is just an additional two blocks beyond. The ByWard Market is approx. four blocks where there are many restaurants and bars to satisfy. We intended to skate the Rideau Canal but unfortunately it wasn't frozen enough so it was closed. Would definitely visit Ottawa again when the weather is warm and you could walk to all the sites. Special shout out to Elizabeth at the front desk. She was very friendly and professional. She was also extremely helpful with directions navigating the train and bus to and from the hockey game. Thank you Elizabeth!
