Something for everyone We chose Foxhills to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary and it definitely proved the right move. 100%. The Surrey resort os a class act and has everything you could possible need or require for a short - and memorable - break though obviously the longer you can stay, the better! Plotted in over 400 acres of serene scenery not far from from the major motorway network, Foxhills is ideally located just 25miles from London and it's main airports. So the location is spot on, but it's the first class facilities - fun and thrills for all the family - which will really impress you. In all, you can take advantage of 200 plus activities which include two 18-hole golf courses, several indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a super Spa and a collection of tennis and panel courts. There are a number of splendid eating options too, including the main Fox restaurant in the striking mansion house, and the Nineteenth aptly located within the clubhouse. We stayed in one of the executive suites overlooking one of the outdoor pools and it was top drawer, was spacious and had everything we needed, specially the coffee pod machine! The only disappointment was having to reluctantly check-out.....

Outstanding Stay !! Thank you Where do I start ? I booked this 19th Century Manor House to celebrate our 8th Wedding Anniversary. From rolling up the long driveway seeing a glimpse of the luxury building through the trees whilst golfers are playing a round really was delightful. At this point we both smile and get that excited feeling knowing that this could be a great find. We parked up, grabbed our stuff and headed into reception where we were greeted with a polite welcome, smile and joy. The reception staff the face of the entire estate gave us the information we needed. All checked in, we were keen to explore our room ! Room 18, we found you, right next to the Tennis Courts & Swimming pool our room was nestled in with what we feel used to be the old stables of the manor house. It was pretty, clean and most of all picturesque of our initial thoughts married up into reality. We entered out room to be surprised with a Welcome card of congratulations for our wedding anniversary amongst a bottle of Red & A plate of brownies, strawberries and the writing happy anniversary. This really made us happy and we had not even explored the room. Our room was beautiful, with a bespoke coffee area, large L shaped lounge with a brilliant sized TV, coffee table. Our bedroom had the biggest bed ever with ample pillows, another good sized TV, Bedside tables, Iron & Ironing board, Robes, Towels, Extra slippers and in the corner nestles delightfully a dressing table for my wife to get glammed up. The bathroom had a bath, shower and everything needed to enjoy some chill time. Verdict, very spacious room, well maintained and extremely clean and tidy. We could fault it. Spa time, We went to the spa and enjoyed a well earned Luxury DIY Hammam treatment. This was beyond relaxing. The staff here were kind, helpful and very informative. The facilities were as of a 5 Star spa. Great secure changing rooms and some amazing products you can purchase. A very lovely couple of hours. Dinner at the Fox! Absolutely blown away by the amazing food here, the presentation, the service, the décor, the views, everything was just so calm, relaxing and flowed like a top restaurant should flow. We had the Himalayan Ribeye Steak and also some desserts. I feel everyone who visits needs to enjoy this restaurant so I wont go into too much details as so you can enjoy this amazing Restaurant!! Staff were amazing. We then headed back to our room to enjoy that bottle of wine and get some rest. Breakfast back at the Fox Dining Rooms. Perfect again, beautifully served cooked breakfast or amazingly selected continental breakfast available with different fruit juices and hot drinks available. We sat outside soaking up the morning sun before checking out. On check out we had the amazing reception team as check in. They were very insightful and interested to know how our stay was. They even shared some amazing history of the owners with Foxhills. Truly amazing stay and we WILL be back. I have added some photos of our stay. Maybe next time we will meet the owners and shake their hands Keep up the fantastic work. Mr & Mrs Pepler

Always Improving at Foxhills Foxhill’s just keeps getting better and better in every area from rooms starting to be refurbished to better and better service across all elements of the resort. Most important it’s family owned and operated with an incredible staff that doesn’t experience much turnover. They know us by name and treat us as family. If you are considering a warm friendly hotel resort in the Surrey Berkshire area make Foxhills your choice.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would I was accommodated at foxhills as a base for Royal Ascot Ladies day where I had received a corporate invitation. The accommodation was of a woefully poor standard of which you can read the email that I wrote them below: Sent to property with no response: Good Afternoon, I stayed with you at Foxhills on a booking.com reservation on the 18-21st of June 2024 this is my second attempt to email to discuss this matter after no response from contacting the general email on your website. I visited the resort attending royal ascot ladies day and spent two nights. The room was of very poor quality for the price of £880. It was a twin (appeared to be accessible room). The carpet was coming away from the wall in the room, the net curtains were dirty and ripped, the tiles were loose and rocking on the bathroom floor, the water was cold for the shower, there were no amenities in the room for ladies to dispose of sanitary goods or any toiletries to freshen up, the safety deposit box did not work I had to wait a very long time on a handyman, making me late for Ascot to only be told it wasn’t the “usual guy” nobody seemed equipped or motivated to help and I was just left with people shrugging their shoulders all around. No alternative room was offered and I was advised a room change impossible. The food was basic at best with dead flies on the backs of the breakfast seating, vermin were observed running around at the outdoor spa area. I travel internationally for work and I feel that the room was atrociously poor value for money and I did not receive the service that I had booked. I was hoping you could compensate me for this very poor experience and give you the opportunity to put this right before I discuss it with my card company or post a review on tripadvisor. Kind Regards, The follow up to this is that Foxhills has blocked my email address. I can no longer email their general email or Mark Thewis their apparent general manager who the receptionist advised me is never on site. They have ignored Booking.com and their request for a refund or resolution for me. I intend, if I do not receive a response to this review and a refund and resolution to start a claim action as it is absolutely unacceptable that a property ignore complaints of this nature and refuse to resolve them or even respond. My advice if you are in the area is to avoid this place and stay with Sofitel Heathrow where at least you will receive a consistently high standard of room for your money.

2 stars My visit at foxhill was fantastic staff very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the downfall was I asked reception staff to call me a cab. Unfortunately I had to wait 45 mins even then when the driver arrived was not apologetic at all then After having such a lovely experience I didn’t want to expect this.
