I’d prefer to never go there again Hotel was fully booked due to many sports tournaments, which we were there for. Check in was fine - quick and too the point. ONE elevator working. Sofa bed mattress was useless. Don’t even waste ur time trying it. We had to buy an Air mattress for the second night. There was body wash in the shower. The front Desk told us there should be so they sent housekeeping up. Housekeeping gave us bar soap. A bit of a disconnect. The happy hour free food and drinks is a nice little perk. Our son forgot his two month old Nikes in the room. We called the hotel as soon as he realized it, and they can’t “find” them. We KNOW he left them. So don’t forget a single thing becuz u won’t get them back.

Horrible hotel The absolute worst Hilton property ever. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and was never offered an upgrade. If it wasn't available it was never brought up. Stayed 3 nights and never received tickets for the happy hour. TV didn't work first night. Coffee missing in room. Front desk guy got in face upset when I ask him why I wasn't offered an upgrade. Treated horrible

The Perfectly Getaway This place is fantastic! From the courtesy and professionalism of the front desk to Rubel at the bar and restaurant, every interaction was phenomenal. Free cocktails & snacks from 530-700 & no complaints on dinner. The ambience and trendy décor is also stellar! Don’t get me started on the suites or the atrium. _ _

Thank you for great stay!!! One of the nicest group of staff members we have ever dealt with in all our years of travel! Originally only booked four nights but needed to extend our stay and the staff could not have been more accommodating!! Wonderful large clean room on top floor which was spacious and quiet! Breakfast was amazing each morning thanks to Dana and another young man whose name we did not catch-Brent and Ali at the front desk were awesome and the other staff members that we encountered, from housekeeping to maintenance were all friendly and welcoming!! Many good food options in the area! Already booked another stay!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room. Manager’s reception is good with variety of snacks. Breakfast is great, lots of variety. Presidential Suite was huge, and noise from outside was barely noticeable. Lots of kid’s sports teams at the hotel that night, be prepared for that if you stay over the weekend. Would stay there again.
