10/10 highly recommended We visited as part of the PAL boxing event. We came over from the UK and we were lucky enough to be based here. We were a large team of adults and children and we had a selection of different rooms. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and brilliantly laid out. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was definitely a 10/10!! Facilities were amazing, clean and the pool was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to hopefully returning! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay!

Great location but … Great location, but very worn. The breakfast was outstanding! Parking good. Pool ok and grounds were average for a Hilton. Staff not so pleasant big attitude! They could care less if you not pleased. We are in 70s put us on top floor farthest from elevators and lobby! We asked for handicap room but said there’s none. Carpet was filthy and drapes tattered. Bed had definitely seen better days!!! Price was outrageous.

Good and Not so Good The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the people who served the breakfast were so kind. The sink was clogged upon arrival, which was fixed in good time. When an extra blanket was requested, they said they could only provide sheets. The hotel is quite nice. However, I am honestly so disappointed in the curt and inhospitable manner that was exhibited by the people at the front desk. When a late checkout was requested upon arrival and the next day, they said it had to be requested the morning of departure. When requested the day of departure, which was not early morning, they allowed 15 minutes, which was supposed to be 30. Just felt like they could have been more hospitable and obliging for $300 plus a night.

Oh my dear sweet jesus This is a terrible place to stay. The room was filthy. The rugs, unforgivable. Wallpaper peeling and drapes tattered to literal shreds. The room smelled like a very heavy smoker stayed in the room and left just seconds before I arrived. Lobby smells like they're covering vomit with heavy-duty glade. They are also very rigid. There's no "early" check in. 2:50? Sorry no room for you. 3:00? Well, we have this room with a quarter window. 3:30? We'll give you the ashtray room if you insist on having a room so inconveniently early. This place ought to have a health inspector come through. It's too late in the day to find other accommodations or else I would.

Not the ideal place for your stay. ***Choosing this place for temporary housing from your home insurance is not ideal. Find a better option.*** The hospitality services provided were not satisfactory. During check-in, it was mentioned that there was no one available to help with the luggage and that no trolleys were available. I was advised to return at noon when more help would be available. However, upon returning, the front desk manager informed me that they do not offer luggage assistance and all trolleys were being used. The door entry system had issues reading the card and I had to visit the front office three times to get inside. Housekeeping was not as promised, it was supposed to be done every two days but it had not been done yet. Someone called and claimed that we had a do not disturb sign on the front door when in reality, the sign was inside and our dog was inside a kennel. I received a call from the general manager who was kind enough to explain the reason why the housekeeper did not enter as I had the dog sign tag and not the dog not disturb sign however on the second day when the house cleaning services were not provided I called that evening upon returning from work to figure out the reason why. I explained that my 10 pound dog was inside a kennel and it was safe to enter however I still received a call the following day that they cannot enter for the following reason. They attempted to say that it was for safety reason however it was a disconnected and miscommunication from the front desk when I called. I can see reading the reviewed here that they have had communication issues in the past with front desk however they make it sound like it was the guest fault. I will leave the staff name out but the know who they are and all I ask is that if they are going to be working in the hospitality department that they should come with the willingness to assist and actually provide a great customer service. I can say that they have been working here for a while and they are checked out. Please review the trends prior to booking. At this time, I have contacted THD to assist us in finding a new hotel with better hospitality.
