Stay somewhere else. Traveler beware. This use to be a good property over many years. No more. They no longer make the rooms up. And asking for a bottle of water was also a no go. They’ve lost my business especially with the high cost of staying there. There are better properties nearby. Do your research but stay away

No housekeeping bad service Terrible management and service and really bad clientele- rowdy dirty kids messing the whole lobby. No housekeeping The place is very basic, the location is great. There’s a lot of discrepancy between what is said/written and followed. House keeping is the first , there’s a sticker on the room that says it’s done EVERY OTHER DAY or by request. The first time we stayed there in 2022 they did it the next day without requesting , the next time in 2023 they did the next day without requesting and this year they didn’t show up at all. So when I called the front desk I was told he wasn’t aware if a sticker and housekeeping was gone for the day (duh I saw her pushing that cart on the 4ths floor to go up!!) so we didn’t get the rooms cleaned. Breakfast is from 6-10. Extremely basic no vegan options no cheese or cured meat for those who like to eat flesh. Fresh fruits include apples and bananas. Fruit juice is actually sugar syrup with a flavour. The lobby reeks of chlorine and nasty kids just goofing about from pool to elevator messing the whole place up. Parents and management turn a blind eye- of course it’s Maryland, stay away get a more civilised place with some decent clientele and better service

Bed Bugs!!! I got bed bugs at the Hampton Inn & Suites in National Harbor. I'm a Hilton Honors member and have been for years. I travel a lot for work and have stayed at Hilton properties all over the US and never filed a complaint. I stayed at this property for 2 nights and now I have bed bug bites all over my stomach and back. I reported this issue to the hotel the day after I checked out when I first noticed the bites. I waited 4 days and never received a call. I called in this morning to alert the hotel so no other guest will have to go through the painful and disgusting experience I'm dealing with. The woman who identified herself as the Sales Manager was rude, took no responsibility, talked over me repeatedly, then hung up on me. I'm going to report this to the health department now, but please beware if you're considering staying at this property.

Excellent choice for large group buisness trips. I booked a trip for 15 people through the sales department. Shout out to Shanna Mae Cabatbat and Capria McClearn. They were both very professional and helpful. My itenerary kept changing and we hit a few bumps in the road, but they accomadated every step of the way.

Excellent value and convenient location. We attended a volleyball tournament that was help at the Gaylord Convention Center in National Harbor. I booked this hotel for two reasons. First, I got a great rate on a hotel booking site and second, it is directly across the street from the Gaylord. The staff at the front desk was attentive and courteous. Our room was recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was small but has what you need for a full workout. We did not use the pool but did see some families enjoying it. It was quite small, though. Parking was $24 per day with in and out privileges. The parking garage is across the street at the rear of the hotel. Be sure to have your parking ticket registered at the front desk. The ticket has your plate number on it so once it is registered with the hotel the garage knows the hotel will collect the parking fee. The breakfast buffet was good. Bottom line is not a lot of frills but a clean, comfortable room, excellent location and courteous staff.
