Super friendly staff. Totally Unexpected. Saturday night front desk hostess was amazing. Didn't expect that level of service at a Camino Real. She saw my wife was pregnant and struggling while walking on heels ( we we returning from a wedding party ). She immediately found some slippers and gave them to us. Also I asked to purchase extra bottles of water and she gave them to us for free. Little unexpected details that went s long way. Thanks a lot.

IN DESPERATE NEED OF RENOVATION. An imposing exterior design masks a boring and pale interior. No plants, decorations or Paintings anywhere. Otherwise extremely well placed next to multiple open air sport facilities. The Rooms need an upgrade, my hot water did not work one day, the shower unit is old. On the positive, the Manager, Yuridia Cruz, has been extremely helpful. The Restaurant crew is friendly and the food is better than expected. This is not a 5 star hotel, but rather a 3 minus star one. A shame for the staff makes a great effort but the hotel needs upgrade investment.

Very Good I just spent a night in this hotel. It is nice and with very friendly service. Breakfast buffet is so good and has a 2x1 promotion. Rooms have bathtub. WiFi worked very well. Sleep quality is great. Very comfortable bed and almost no noise at all.

Great Hotel but no wifi? :( Camino Real hotels are always a guarantee of good service, great amenities and professional staff. The one in Pachuca has it all: nice and clean rooms, the location is awesome, the view you get from the city is authentic and unique, the lobby is big and comfortable. The bar the middle of the hotel is certainly an asset! The only complain I have is that wifi is not free. You can’t have a hotel this big and charge wifi, it’s a plus for many places and people take for granted that they will have this service included. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference. The rest is great!
