I feel scammed This hotel was way overpriced I paid over $600 for two nights. It’s old and run down. I’m sure it was amazing in its glory but not today. Three lane highway you must cross to get to beach. Research Pacifica’s weather it’s not the best. You have to reserve a spot at the pool due to covid. The bag breakfast was juice and yogurt fruit and a pastry.

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK Horrible rude front desk that ruined our complete trip. Indian man working in the front needs to be fired for unintellegence, behavior, and overall completely unprofessional. Never stay here if you can find a better alternative

Nice stay but needs a little update This is a ok place to stay with a wonderful beach view, it's right across the street from the beach. Check in is VERY STRICT...3pm so at 3pm there are many people waiting to check in so this could take a bit which it did till 3:40pm. I was there at 2:30 but was turned away by a not so friendly agent who just yelled at me when I opened the door "Check in is at 3pm"...so much for a friendly welcome. My room which was at the back end of the hotel but with a view was large but with outdated furniture that looked like everything needed to be replaced. Because of covid the pool & hot tubs were unavailable. The grab & go breakfast was so so. This place charges a lot but what you get is just the view.

Cheap is what you get, hospitality not included I don’t normally write reviews, but this horrible experience had to be warned. From the run down room, missing chair ( which front desk said they didn’t have extras available, but there were over 8 empty in lobby), broken fireplace, cold accommodations with supposedly no comforter provided, I just was beside myself. To top it off, I accidentally left a bag full of dirty name brand clothes that supposedly was never found by housekeeping or staff. If you’re in the hospitality business, you might want to start acting like it. I just booked another hotel up the street for our next stay this month.

My experenice Well first I'd like to say that the room was not clean nor would they let us use the small hot tub after 11:00 p.m. and there was no hand railings to get in and out of the hot tub was made it very dangerous the daytime the daytime staff at the front desk was very rude not accommodating at all they had old food left in the refrigerator there was food under the bed it was dirty and I saved second rate
