Less than mediocre experience Rooms seem like they haven’t been renovated in years. Faucets were leaking and we called the front office but no one bothered to answer at all. A chair in our room was broken. People hang drying out on the guard rails. Towels appeared to be dirty.

Poor Hotel located a bit outside city center. Not too far from the city center. There are a lot of restaurant nearby. Room is large and quite clean. Breakfast is good as American standard. The poor thing are 1. Check in time is 3 pm. But all our 3 rooms are not ready at 6 pm!!! We can enter the room at 8 pm!!! 2. Breakfast served at 7 am. It's not ready. All guests have to wait outside in very cold teperature. One time enough.

An Awful Stay One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. I was stuck in a dirty, smelly cell without even soap or shampoo. The front desk was useless, so I had to get soap from a housekeeper. The outside walk was even littered. Lake view? My view was a littered field and parking lot. Breakfast was pathetic, too. And breakfast hours were so limited that many guests had left on tours. Even then, there was not enough seating. Just awful in every way.

Cockroaches I have stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, for business and pleasure, but was absolutely disgusted with this facility. We were willing to look past the run down appearance, the chipped basin in the restroom, the chipping slip protection in the tub, the chipping paint on the doors, the run down appearance of the room, etc. but what we couldn't look past was the living cockroach that greeted us in the bathroom when we were getting ready to settle in for the night. After disposing of it, I found I could not sleep all night for fear that more might be out there nor could I get up in the night to use the restroom for the same fear. I was surprised when I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff the next day - they did not seem surprised and they were not apologetic, instead saying the manager would be in touch advising us of what type of discount we'd be given. No word from the management for a couple of days so I wrote to Wyndham Customer Care. Several days later they responded that they wanted to give us 3,000 Wyndham points for our trouble. Really? Not sure that I would ever want to stay at a Wyndham again. Throughout my travels, I have stayed at many budget hotels and as long as they were clean - that was fine. I could live without internet, a fridge, a microwave, a phone, a TV but I can't stand dirty rooms especially with cockroaches because we all know that where's there's one, there's more. Please consider this when you book your hotels in Page, there are several. We have had no issues with bugs at the Best Westerns across the street, we just thought we'd save some money this trip but no more, we'll spring for the extra cost next time to enjoy the basic expectations of hotel stays - clean, bug free rooms.
