Half of it is closed We are very disappointed in this property. We picked it based on all of the amenities promised on the website, however, half of them are closed- which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Very misleading. Half of the pools are closed so the few that are open are packed and unbearable. The quiet pool is not quiet at all. It’s just as bad as the pool with the slide. The restaurant is closed. The market is closed. The kids room is closed. The teen center is closed. All of which we were hoping to take advantage of. This place is not worth the price without having everything open.

Amenities Since 2018 and 2019 we have stayed at the Westin Willow Villas. Each stay has been great! The restaurant Agave Grill has been wonderful. The Marketplace has been handy for picking up food items. Also, the Snack Shop allowed you to get that morning coffee. We just stayed there for six days and it it my last time. All of the places I mentioned are closed. I did read that they had closed the Agave Grill, but I assumed there would be somewhere to get a morning snack. The Sanctuary Bar is the only food on the resort. They open at 11 and close at 6. We wanted to watch the NBA playoff and they do not even have cable at the Sanctuary Bar. However, next door the the resort at the Desert Willow Golf Resort you can have breakfast and lunch. Also, watch whatever sport you may like. It appears the Westin Corporate office has decided to take a new approach to customer service. This review is for corporate only. The staff were truly wonderful as always! They are so nice!

Great place for family This was a great place to unwind for spring break. Lots of pools around the facility to choose from- family with slides, quiet pool, etc. kitchenette was well stocked. Good choices of groceries and restaurants near. I would visit again.

Resort fun! We were very happy with this resort. The rooms arre quite spacious, with a front room with a sofa queen pull out bed, a kitchen stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, coffeemaker, one bedroom with a king bed, a great patio with a table and 4 chairs, and a nice bathroom. We spent 3 nights here in June. It has incredibly hot, but thank heavens for the air conditioning in the rooms Be forwarned, there is NO restaurant on the property due to Covid restrictions. The water slide and the kids area were also clased. There are several restaurants in the area, and you do need a car to get to them. They are not in walking distance. We did, however, enjoy the pools! Talk about a plethora of pools. We only visited the main pool area, which has 4 pools. There is an outside cabana area to get drinks as well. If we come out to Palm Desert again, we would love to come back!
