Beautiful resort, great staff- just don't go during hell week. This is a beautiful resort. We were in the family suite which is huge. Large King sized bedroom, a second bedroom with large bunk beds with great mattresses. A spacious living room with a sofa bed, desk area and a fridge with coffee station. The staff is outstanding. In the lounge Jackie is one of a kind and deserves all the accolades. She always had a smile, was wonderful to our two girls, and is a consummate professional. Stefan was exceptional and very helpful as well. The whole team was always kind and a pleasure to talk with. It was a great way to start the day. The concierge team of Coral and Paola were always there to answer questions or offer amazing recommendations. Paola, in particular, took the time to get to know us and our older daughter and went out of her way to set us up with the most amazing babysitter on our last day. My daughter still talks about how much fun she had with her, I wish we did it earlier in our trip. We enjoyed being able to reserve palapa's or umbrellas in advance of our trip. I recommend getting an umbrella in advance at the pool if you'll use it because you can only reserve one out the other in advance. We were easily able to get a palapa the day of. I would not go back at the same time frame ever again. There's a 2 week period in January where thousands of people come to Aruba and take over. Google hell week in Aruba. The hotel staff did an amazing job throughout. We're looking forward to returning in September of this year.

Amazing stay! I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for my 5 year anniversary with my boyfriend. The property was absolutely stunning with amazing food and service.

Amazing Stay Beautiful, extremely clean resort with gorgeous pools and grounds. Staff is extremely friendly. Palapas are easy to reserve so no beach chair games. Highly recommend this property. Central to everything.

Exceptional Experience We spent 4 days here recently to attend a friends wedding. This was our first trip to Aruba, and the first time in a long time that we've been to a resort. The hotel is gorgeous and the grounds were very well maintained. We went without our kids, so made sure to take advantage of the adult pool, and absolutely loved it. The staff from reception to the various restaurants were all fantastic!

Wonderful place for family vacation Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait several hours to get into our room. The resort is lovely. The ability to reserve palapa on the beach ahead of our arrival was much appreciated. Our children and grandchildren were with us. Everyone enjoyed the facilities and the convenience of the options available. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had no luck at the casino but did not spend much time in there. We all had a wonderful time and would gladly return in the future.
