7 Springs Inn & Suites

So very Zen! From the moment I booked my reservation, to the moment I checked out, I was so impressed with the service I received and the friendliness of the folks who work there. The rooms are a bit old but they are extremely clean. The thing that I enjoyed the most was the beautiful & peaceful setting.

Roachy Unwillingness The bedding is good. Slept ok. Currently staying here and not happy. On check in on Wednesday had to change room due to first room was not clean. There were scuff marks and lipstick, chocolate, or some other substance in the carpet. I explained to Daniel and he graciously changed our room at no additional cost. New room has paint or some other substance on the wall. Thursday morning, the bathroom had a ROACH crawling on the wall. I told the front desk and they advised they would clean and treat the bathroom the next morning while we're here (We were on our way out when we reported the insect). I called today, Friday when we woke up for this to occur. The female whi answered said they are unwilling to service the room while we are in it. We are 2 women. Nothing is going to happen to the cleaning crew while we're in the room. The female who answered the front desk said that is their rule that they will not clean while we're in the room even though I was told different when I originally reported the issue. So 7 Springs is further inconveniencing us and not immediately rectifying the issue. So we plugged where they may be a possibility of roaches coming in the bathroom and noticed mold/mildew behind the sink. So just not a healthy pleasant experience or environment. Won't stay again.

BEWARE!! Office staff: 2 out of 3 unfriendly, condescending, not welcoming Pool cushions and seating area, torn and faded bring a towel to cover up the thread bare ones! Our room: upstairs by spa, had a huge crack running down the ceiling, could barely open the refrigerator door without lots of strength, shelf to store items is in the little kitchen area was slanted, and all of our stuff fell off and the worst of all the the toilet. When we got there, the toilet flush very slowly, but we weren’t too concerned, but the following morning after going to the bathroom it overflowed spilling all the contents in the toilet, onto the floor flooded the bathroom. The lobby was supposed to open it although on the phone says no one showed up till 8:20 am, in the meantime, we had to go to the bathroom, the outdoor bathroom by the pool as locked! we had to get in the car in our pajamas to go find a bathroom at seven in the morning, finally did at a restaurant and had to order because we couldn’t use the bathroom without ordering. We found a maintenance person, the lobby they were still closed at 8:20. He plunge the toilet and it seemed to work fine next day did it again and the following day so we kept the plunger in the bathroom so we could use the toilet We complained to the manager, who was extremely rude. Never apologize never offered any compensation until we finally said you should at least pay us back for some of the cost of the room. We were absolutely shocked of his attitude arguing with us and said don’t you know you’re supposed to throw toilet paper in the trashcan no sign reveals that. on our final day day we wanted to check out at 8 o’clock. Waited for someone to come open up the lobby. No one showed up till 8:30 am We just wanted to make sure that we were given the refund as promised and then manager actually said to us you don’t believe me, you don’t trust me that I wouldn’t refund you Deplorable attitude and we will never return. I’ve stayed there many times in the past 10 years and never experienced such rudeness. Also on safety, the spa in the back was not locked at all, which very concerning if there were children around,

Nice Really enjoyed it, A bit too far to walk to the main shopping but a super easy drive and we had a great time. The hotel was great and pretty cute the price was awesome. Would definitely go back. Oh my gosh why is there a 200 character minimum! I have already said enough.

Lovely stay and great for down town Lovely stay, loved the room and hotel. Hot tub was a fabulous bonus. Easy to walk to down town PS and an easy drive to the mountain tramway. Only a couple of downs - walls are really thin so you can hear toilets flushing etc. Not enough outdoor seating on the balcony - family room for 4 and 2 seats.
