Avoid hotels and stay here for less! Nicely maintained 2 bedroom condo with pool and hot tub. Would recommend and stay again. Brand new carpet. Building was probably built in 60s? Family of 4. Close to everything in Palm Springs. Recommend hiking Indian Springs, going to Joshua Tree, and spending a day at the Desert Hot Springs Hotel and Spa on a day pass in their mineral springs hotel/eat at their diner.

Would give it slightly-above-average but WiFi absolutely horrible Unit was dated in layout and some surfaces, but overall had been updated, so it was fine. We had an upper story 2BR unit, close to office. WiFi failed probably 5 times/hour, making regular usage (browsing, etc) an annoying affair, but made streaming pretty near impossible for some apps (e.g. Xfinity Stream) though others could handle it better (with occasional pauses). Check-in person was nice. Pool was nice. Hot tub is small'ish, but clean and reasonably hot. Master bed mattress was good. Shower was good.

At Least It's Clean We stayed here for seven days. Here are some of my comments: 1. No elevators to the second floor, so get ready to carry all your stuff up. 2. Master shower is small...I mean really small. You have to be a short stick to fit in there and be able to turn. The whole shower is like that of an RV, 24" x 24". 3. You only get coffee on the first day. 4. You have to bring your towels to them if you want them to swap it out. 5. They only will refresh your room once, mid-stay. Other days, clean up yourself. :) 6. Staff is okay, some are nice and some need a vacation. All in all, like other posts on Yelp, it's a clean Motel 6. :)

Our go to property in Palm Springs This property fits our needs well. Location, room spacious, Restaurants close, price well. More typical of older propereties is that they have more room within each unit. New properties seem to reduce kitchen and living room, and bath areas to a minimum. Suspect so that they can build more rental units per property.
