The worse Hotel staff i ever experience in my life You should avoid this hotel at all costs, as its full of racist guests with a hotel staff of enablers. If you are not of certain background, you will be marginalized with you have a concern or even need assistance to use hotel amenities. Additionally you will be in a constant state of fear, not knowing if one if these unsigned racists is going to go off on you are try to get you kicked out of the hotel. Not all of the hotel employees are bad as we met two great pool attendees, however, they were minorities. Me and my wife returned to our room after July 4th fireworks and were watching TV. We received a knock on the door and were met by a hotel employee named Lindsay. Lindsay told us there was a noise compliant against our room and that we were being warned. We asked what noise was reported as we were just watching TV. Lindsay could not say what noise was being reported and would not give any other details and then left our room. No more than 10 to 15 minutes we received a phone call on the room phone which my wife inserted. The call was from Lindsay who said there was another compliant and when my wife questioned again about the compliant, Lindsay hung up on her. My wife call back two time and was hung up on by Lindsay each time. Later that night as i walked our dog, i heard people yelling and screaming on the balconies outside. I went to the front desk personally notifying Lindsay about the people on the balconies and she did not care to hear that threatening me that if there is another compliant against our room that we would be asked to leave. Lindsay was rude when we questioned the validity of the compliant and never provided an opportunity to hear our side. The next morning, my wife was in the bathroom getting ready when she hear loud voices and noises in front of our room. She opened the front door to see what the commotion was and as soon she opened the door, she saw two white tattooed men right in front of the door. The men immediately said to her “bitch, close the door”. My wife said no and that they yell bitch at her while saying they were recording her. We immediately contacted the front desk and a few minutes later the manager with a security guard. We advised them of the situation and that we were afraid of what these people would do. we believed these two men were in the room next to us. The manager offered to move us however, we found out that there men in the next room had checked out. In both instances with Lindsay and the two men, we were targeted for harassment because my wife is a Middle Eastern women and both parties were white. I made a complaint about our treatment to the corporate office and never received any response.. We contacted the hotel directly to speak with the general manager and were told both the general manager and assistant general manager were out. I was provided their contact information and did not receive a response until a week and half later when Shannon called me. I spoke with Shannon, and from the onset we realized that our concerns and the harassments we endured was not going to be addressed. Shannon was dismissive and rude as we were relying our concerns. When challenged about her employee’s harassments of us, Shannon was quick to blame us and defended Lindsay’s racist actions handling the situation. Additionally, Shannon was extremely dismissive and combative when challenged about what she was going to do to address the harassment my wife received from the two men. Shannon made light of the situation and changed the subject multiple times offering no recourse regrading our safety concerns. In conclusion, Shannon provide no solution to our concerns and like her employees was dismissive and rude in the manner she handled the situation.

Dedicated Staff How lovely to actually stay in a hotel that the staff are still customer service oriented!!! .(Not so much the case since covid ) Big shout out to Jerry in maintenance? And Bill at the pool. Someone had thrown an egg at my car , so i went to house keeping to get a bucket of hot water . Jerry came to look at my car to see where i gad parked and told me that he would take care of it !! !! . Truthfully, not sure if it happened at the hotel , which I mentioned. None the less , he took care of it anyway and saved the paintwork on my car . He deserves employee of the month!!! Bill was so nice and attentive. Great service and appreciated the water!!

Great location, but basic no frills hotel It's a basic hotel, not a resort (not that they claim to be a resort, just clarifying). Location is good near town- walking distance from many great restaurants and shopping. When I called reservations with a question, it was obvious I was not talking directly to the hotel, but to a central reservations office. I asked about a resort fee- I was told it was $22 and included parking. When I arrived, I was told there was no resort fee, and parking was $30. So someone needs to update central res. Room was fine. Large, clean, nice shower. Amenities were sparce- and no water. I was given 2 bottles upon check in only because I'm a HHonors member, but if not you will not receive it. My AC was turned off and it was over 100 degrees outside. I turned it on and found it only went as low as 72. I understand hotels like to save money so they set the thermostats this way, but it's not cool enough for me. I called the FD and asked if the temp went any lower. I was told "I don't think so" so I said I'd be checking out. She then said she'd send maintenance up. He arrived and was able to turn it down for me, but I was not able to adjust it after that. I either had to keep it on 60, or call them to readjust it again. So that was annoying. I ended up turning it off because it was also very loud. Room service was prompt but the food was horrible. I ordered a flat bread that was basically a pile of mozzarella and some prosciutto. The morning I left I wanted a quick coffee. The coffee maker was old and cheap- some of the lettering was worn off. When I pulled the tops off the little creamers, two of them were solid. Gross. Decided to go out for coffee. This place is fine if you're on a budget and only need a place to sleep and shower. Be sure to check your AC first. If you don't mind 72 degrees you'll be fine, but if you like a cooler room I'd book elsewhere.

Perfectly located and no Fees The number #1 issue is there are no extra fees here, no expensive "Resort Fees" or any of that nonsense! Free speedy shuttle pics u up from Airport, 10 min drive to hotel. perfect! Room was clean decent, nice showers, beds, sheets etc, the view is really nonexistent, there is a 5 foot wall in front overlooking the parking lot. and the pool side is way too expensive. But hey, I am not there to be in the room anyway for long. The pool service is great, the male attendant is great to talk with, gets your towels and anything you need, very nice. The food was good albeit I only had a burger and fries but was good nonetheless. excellent frozen Pina Colada. I am returning next week after only 3-4 months, in May same hotel. The restaurants served its purpose for breakfast real quick, very polite, obviously there are tons of great places nearby. Speaking of nearby, this place is directly centrally located.

Nice pool I stayed here a few night on a business trip. The location is fantastic for walking into the town. Especially in March when temps allow it. There is a casino next door. The hotel lobby is nice. The elevator could use some repairs and was a bit scary. The rooms were fine and clean. The pool area was very nice.
