Satisfied returning guest Despite the hotel being outdated I really enjoyed my time there and you really can’t beat that location, free parking, pool, and amazing staff. Oscar and the woman with the red tip hair were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. They got me into a nice, upgraded room due to my status with Hyatt I think but regardless they didn’t have to do that but they did! It was hot during my visit but the room stayed cool. Lots of space too which is nice! It was my second time staying there and I enjoyed it both times!

Best location in Palm springs We have been coming to this location for as long as Hyatt has been there,& before it was Hyatt. We love the location, walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. We also like that it's a suite. Staff is always friendly! Con: we've experienced a couple times fire alarm went off early morning hrs. also water was turned off for short period of time.

Needs a deep clean or update The room was nice but was a little dirty. The coffee table and bathroom shower could have been cleaner. We noticed smudges on the coffee table and stains or marks in the shower. Also, I couldn't figure how to take a cold shower. It was either warm to hot, but the sink had cold water. Must be a faulty valve.

Good location Loved the location but was not treated by the friendliest staff. I asked for a last check out as I am hold status with the brand and was told I needed to wait until checkout day to request this. I have never had to do that with any other Hyatt I have stayed at. There was also a note with another customers name on it in our room making me question if they got my reservation confused with someone else. Over all the room was big and the location was great.

Best experience I would definitely come again, I was treated very nicely with patient which it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. I definitely would recommend it to others since my stay was the best. The room was clean everything was brand new it was all smooth.
