Worst Resort Save your money and stay elsewhere. While they maybe updating the rooms, the hospitality is very poor. Moreover, they charge a resort fee, for which you get nothing. No special activities, take out your own garbage, you have to ask for fresh towels or supplies. In addition, they have a lot of rules of what you cannot do. For example no outside food or drinks in the pool area because they want you to purchase their overpriced food and drinks. In addition, this is a non-smoking property. So guests are forced to stand out on the street, as they do not have a designated area. Needless to say, they are cigarette butts everywhere around the property, sidewalks, car parking and on the grass. They have underground parking, but only if you drive a car. All trucks, SUVs or anything over 6feet will not fit under the clearance sign. Therefore you are often forced to park out on the street. Palm Springs is lovely and there are better choices.

Wonderful place to stay. The resort was clean, well maintained, and the pool area was great. The pool area provided drinks, and meal service which was very nice. Having free loundry service on the same floor was also very nice. I think if it had a inside resturant that provided complementry breakfeast, with lunch, and dinner venue would have made this stay perfect. Loved the place otherwise.

Needs upgrading Ok resort that could be great with some badly needed upgrades. The room had a great location, but the HVAC was having issues that woke us up each night. There was no apparent each fix, but I don't know for sure since I didn't hear from resort staff after they looked into the matter. I reported the issue once again upon checkout. Also, found hair in the bathtub that was left from previous occupants.

Amazing Resort Getaway Beautiful resort and property. Very accommodating, clean and professionally run. Rooms were very well presented and staff went out of their way to address all questions and concerns. Highly recommend this property for family/vacation travel.
