Clean and Affordable My wife and I came for just one night for a concert at Frost. The room was clean, it was very affordable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyway taking a quick trip - it fit our needs perfectly!

Covid is over Covid is over bring back the breakfast. It’s crazy to still be using the Covid excuse for no breakfast. If you still don’t want to bring it back then use a better excuse and lower your high prices, to show that. If you don’t bring the breakfast back then this will be my last time I stay here. I’ll stay somewhere where they have a continental breakfast I don’t think that’s asking much

Not a good place to stay. The beds are not comfortable and pillows very lumpy. The room was reasonably clean, but could have been cleaner. The bathroom sink area could have been cleaner. My husband and I totally DID NOT like the keeosk in the lobby greeting us. TERRIBLE! The grounds have not been kept up and the place looks like it needs a total faceliftand lots of work! As for people with any disabilities.....this is NOT the place to stay. There is NO elevator and again, the keeosk greeting in the lobby is very cold. Who do you see for any needs???? The "step" into the room we were staying in is VERY dangerous!

Never again "Special Stanford Rate" was $18 higher than on-line rate, wifi didn't work, DirectTV didn't work properly. No onsite employee after 5-ish. Problems handled by a kiosk. The send the manager - 2 hours later. I had originally booked 2 nites, told them I was only staying one night. Manager said they would only charge for the one night. They charged for 2 anyway.

A perfect spot Needed a room at the last minute, turned into several days stay. Even though I came in late each evening the staff was there to greet me and get me into me room.Thank you Diana and staff for your service and help getting me situated during my time of need.
