Old fashioned motor in with updated vibes Old fashioned this motor in with very quiet rooms, comfortable bed and couch, nice amenities like body lotion and a robe to get ready. Pillows were nice and plush. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Loved the tater tots with the eggs to make a breakfast bowl. Way exceeded my expectations for such a low cost! Highly recommend for parents weekend or football games at Stanford.

Lighting unflattering My room was neat and clean; one issue I have is the bright and unflattering LIGHTING in my room. Please change your light bulbs to a SOFTER, more "not so darn bright I look like a ghost lighting." As a female, I prefer softer, non-harsh lighting in my hotel rooms!

I am a fan! It was my fourth or fifth time at Zen Hotel - perfect for my needs. Very quiet and safe location, very clean room and very accommodating staff. The rooms are all remodeled and comfortable. Plus the breakfast waffles are something I am looking forward to each time!

Do not go there! Do not take a chance on them. We had a flood in our bathroom in the middle of the night from the upstairs room. We had to get up in the middle of the night pack up and move to a lesser quality hotel down the street. I asked for a refund due to the very bad experience and they refused although they did credit us for the difference in price from the lesser quality hotel but that was minimal and not satisfying. They hide behind the corporate veil and the local staff have no authority. I have used them for many years but never again. Go somewhere else that will care properly for you if something bad happens.

A great place for an overnight! The hotel is clean and had all the essentials we needed. We just has to be there for an overnight as we had an appointment at Stamford. Beds were comfy and so were pillows. They had coffee maker in the rooms and a refrigerator (great since we had medication that had to be refrigerated). Breakfast looked good enough. Cereal, eggs and even had philz coffee. Add to it free parking and it is a good deal For the price it is really worth it . I would stay there again!
