Good value for beachfront hotel Stayed at this hotel July 13-20, 2024. Rooms at this hotel were clean and acceptable. Furniture was older and not same quality found at Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Room price was about 50% less than aforementioned beachfront hotels. Room does not have a safe or a clothes closet. This hotel does have a pool but it can get crowded. Service was great. Staff was friendly and met all my requests (fresh towels, toiletries, etc.). Staff kept all amenities functional and in working order. Location was excellent. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Overall recommendation: if you’re searching for a discount motel on the beach and can settle for clean, lower quality rooms, this hotel is for you. If you demand the same room quality as a Hampton Inn, don’t book this hotel. ( I would stay again if price remains 50% less than major brand hotels)

Too much money for what you get. Don’t stay here you will be disappointed. This is not a resort — in name only. Motel was very dated and needs repairs. Outside of Building was dirty and smelled like hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Although dated the room was clean. Employees smoked in corridor. Elevator was extremely slow.

RUN FAR AWAY!!!!!!! Worst stay I have ever had. Reserved/ PAID FOR a 3 bed ocean front room with balcony but didn't receive it when I arrived. I called earlier in the day to let them know we will be a late arrival. Arrived at 2 am and of course my room was given to someone else. Now they put me in a 2 bed. I have two teen kids. they cannot sleep together. I had to sleep on the nasty floor. Mold everywhere in the room. Needless to say I never went to sleep. I was promised to speak with the manager at 9 am the next day. Of course that didn't happen. She is refusing to talk to me at all. Even on the phone. They wont give me a corporate number. Have hung up on me multiple times. Now they just put me on hold and don't come back. I was promised a refund by Vicki but now the manager is miserable and wants to make everyone else miserable so she has decided not to. Even though I was already told I was going to be getting one. Employees are incredibly rude. I wouldn't even call this place a hotel. IT IS A MOTEL!!!!!!!!! I have already contacted the health department and the BBB. I'm not done dealing with this until I get my refund. If you do not receive the goods and services you paid for you are obligated to a refund.

Great place to relax First time to stay and will be back. Great staff. Clean. Only issues were they need to empty trash by pool are more often was over flowing on Friday. Also could use more umbrellas by pool. Maybe silverware in room. Had dishes and cooking utensils but nothing else.

Bikini Bottom Review My fiancée and I visited Panama City Beach, Fl for my birthday. We were under the impression we booked a luxurious room at the "Bikini Beach Resort" emphasis on resort. I am an avid traveler, so when my fiancee said wed be staying at a resort, I was too thrilled. Until we arrived at the Bikini Beach Apartment Complex.. I mean "Resort". From first glance, the hotel looked like a step up from the Motel 6. We decided to continue with our reservation and give it a chance. We were assigned to room 115 and upon us entering the room, we noticed, holes in the ceiling, stains on the furniture, blood on the sheets, the bathroom gave prison cell, just overall disgusting. The only thing that blocked outsiders from looking into the bathroom was a piece of fabric that was supposed to be a "curtain". We felt no sense of security, there was a door that led outside in our room that was creaky and you had to slam it to make sure it shut properly. This hotel gave us the ick. After seeing this hotel room, the Bikini Beach Resort ought to be ASHAMED. The pictures they advertise on their site is FRAUD. The only pro I have about this place is that the staff in the front lobby was very friendly and the first bag of ice was free. However, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. We ended up checking out the same day we checked in and bought a room at the Embassy Suites Panama City Beach.
