Nice resort away from the city My family of 4 recently spent a few days here. We moved from the Le Meridien Panama to get away from the hustling and bustling of the city. We spent all of our time around the pools and the ocean. The pandemic had really hit hard as there weren’t that many guests. At times, we felt like we were the only ones in the pools or in the ocean. All the staffs here were friendly and courteous, from reception, restaurant, to the bar at the pool area. We opted for the all-inclusive meals. Foods were great though not as many choices compared to other all inclusive properties we had stayed. We got upgraded to an ocean view which was really nice. Because of lack of guests, there were no activities around the pools. All in all, we did enjoy our stay here and hope to be back soon.

Wonderful grill dinner at Asiana restaurant. We had a great dinner at Asiana restaurant in the Playa Bonita Westin Hotel in Panama; the food was delicious and our host, Veronica, brought us an outstanding service. Thanks Veronica, and thanks for all the staff at the hotel.

Nice Hotel with a View The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the staff was nice. My room had an ocean view and it was gorgeous. The room reminded me of a Florida beach hotel. There were some signs of wear and tear in the room - painting peeling from the ceiling and a mold stain on the ceiling near the AC unit but it was otherwise clean. The gift shop was not open during the weekend so I had to go offsite to get toiletries and the hotel is not near anything. The restaurants were weird - some were open and some weren’t. The first night Starfish and Pacifica were open and they were both buffet style. It was $27pp. The food was good. You are required to wear a mask and gloves while serving yourself. Breakfast was outside at Oceania. Again, it was buffet style. It was okay. On the last day of my two night stay, breakfast was at Pacifica. It was buffet but there was a chef there to prepare an omelette. Again, the buffet offerings were okay. The pools were nice and there’s a swim up bar at one of them. We weren’t allowed to get in the ocean on the first night, but we’re able to walk the shore. There was only one fully functioning shower to rinse off. Another one was half functioning and the other two were out. At least, on my end, near the volleyball area.

Wonderful stay! We have stayed at Playa Bonita several times. We love it every time! Our suite is so comfortable and the ocean view is extraordinary. Our kids really enjoy the pools! Unfortunately due to Covid, the kids club was closed and the kayaks not available, We also missed the Club Lounge. We hope things are more back to normal next time.

Great services, Incredible views! Hotel have amazing views, the hotel also have the best service and Dionis, Manager, he was really helpful and cordial. The room was clean, bed was confortable, We will come back to stay next vacation for sure.
