Family Vacation We definitely enjoyed our stay here at the Cove. This property is more low key compared to Atlantis. The balcony in the room view was obstructed by a Palm tree and pretty small. The staff was excellent and friendly . It’s great that the properties are connected for walking if you choose not to take the bus. There’s plenty of things to do on the property. Would definitely visit again.

Neal We were very disappointed when we arrived and found out that our 5yr old daughter could not access the Lapidus Club! Your policy would be revised to allow kids under 12 to access the club!

The Cove - A GREAT Experience & tips We just left the Cove today. We had a great experience. I was traveling with my husband and 2 boys- 22 and 19. This resort kept the entire family entertained. I felt like there was something for everyone. We did not use the resorts transportation service. I used Cheryls Bahamas taxi & tours. They were great. Very punctual. We did not have any trouble finding chairs around the pool. We ate at Dune’s (at Four Seasons-the shuttle will take you there), Fish-great atmosphere & food (in the same building as the Cove), and Cafe Martinique. The food was fantastic! We enjoyed seeing all the yachts just outside the restaurant. The drinking age is 18 so my 19 year old liked that. We did go to the water park each day. The lines were not bad at all. We left items on a chair with a towel over them. No one messed with anything. I did bring a small cooler with us and we bought beer at a liquor store close to the hotel and brought our own yeti cups although 2 small ones were provided. We did keep snacks in the room and brought some waterproof cards with us to play by the pool. The room furnished a beach bag so that was nice. Anything we needed we called the desk and the promptly responded. I would definitely recommend.

Disappointing Booked two rooms in March. Called several times to ask for adjoining rooms. Spent over an hour at check in and still no adjoining rooms. Booked ocean view rooms. One room was partial ocean view, and one was no view due to a palm tree obstructing any view. Service at the pool is extremely slow. Staff ignore you. All Dining was great! It's a shame because the property is great and when you book at The Cove you expect the best for the money you are paying.
