Best mother/daughter trip ever!! I will be moving next month and wanted to have a special spa trip for my daughter and me. The moment we arrived we were treated like VIP's! The associates that work there are the best, very friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for anything twice! I will definitely look into the other properties by Omni for my future vacations!

Memory made! We just had an Amazing stay at the Omni. Everyone on staff made us feel special and cared for. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The property is meticulously maintained. Pool area isn't large but it's very nice and you can't beat the view of Camelback! Prado and Centro are great options for food and Mbar is a wonderful spot to unwind and get a cocktail. Our only complaint is Prado and Mbar were closed at night 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. We enjoyed a relaxing, pampered stay!

birthday delight My two girlfriends and I were going to celebrate our birthdays at the restaurant Prado, but they closed it that day and night that we stayed for what we were told summer hours. The manager, I believe her name was Kiki said she was sorry for that and would make us an 8 inch cake for our dinner reservation at Centro. She let me choose that exquisite chocolate cakes flavor, chocolate mousse filling and fudge frosting and added my friends’ names on the cake. We were so surprised when the cake came, for it was a big, tall, three layer cake. Not only was it absolutely delicious, it was beautifully decorated with fresh berries and even a special gold dusting. We felt so special and thank you so much for that!

Excellent We had a fabulous stay here. The service, staff very accommodating and kind. Rooms were spotless, the pools, gym grounds exceptionally clean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Booked a staycation for my proposal and only have great things to say. The resort was cute and gorgeous. The staff upgraded me to the villa and really made the experience magical. Additionally went above and beyond by helping me fake the check in to keep the surprise for my proposal!
