Great staff! The team here is incredible! Just outstanding service and kind staff that really made it an enjoyable stay. Special shout outs to Rosie from room service, the bell hop team, and the reception staff. I really appreciate the whole teams help and can’t wait to come visit again!

First Time in Cali! Hilton Pasadena was a dream. Itzel was absolutely amazing and made our stay so enjoyable. Her warm and welcoming customer service was evident not only at check-in but throughout our entire stay. She went above and beyond to assist us, making our first visit to California truly memorable. The hotel was clean, and the room was very spacious for my family and me. We found a great coffee shop for breakfast just a few steps away. Thank you again, Itzel. We will definitely be back to Hilton Pasadena!

William and Izzy Made it Easy! Wow! I had such a great experience from the time I pulled up to valet to the time I wrapped up my late check out with breakfast. From the beginning, it was a very extremely hot day in Pasadena and there is no AC in my apartment so I was really struggling while my husband was out of town. I called to request an early check-in and spoke with the manager named William who was very kind and informed me that they will have a room ready for me and I could come in immediately. I drove up to valet and was approached by Brock (I believe) who informed me that their valet parking allows you to check in and out for $27 no matter how many times you come and go during your stay and there is also self parking where you can park overnight for $25 or something like that but you have to pay each time you leave, which was unacceptable and unwise. While I still went to check for myself to see what the actual pricing was for self parking, I immediately verified the information was correct and came back to do the valet. All of the valet attendees were extremely nice and helpful. Once I was being led to the door by one nice valet attendant, I was greeted by another valet attendance named Izzy. What a vibrant personality! He immediately greeted me and grabbed my bags so I can take a phone call and took them in the back behind the front desk area so I could have a moment and they would be there for me without me having to lug them around. After my call, I checked in and was greeted by William who recognized my name and had a great smile and took good care of my quick check in. All of the staff were very friendly and had a great energy and made me feel very welcomed walking in. After I checked in, Izzy met me with my bags and took me to my room. He gave me great recommendations on things I can do while there and very nice areas to go to in the Old Town Pasadena area. Once we made it to the room, I noticed there was a slight smell and requested air freshener because it's all about aromatherapy. He also not only took care of that but my request for a microwave. He was happy and excited to make sure that my needs were met and when he was leaving out stated that he would send somebody back up with those items. I began to get settled in in the meantime and put some of my things away and enjoyed the beautiful views, which were extremely captivating when I walked into the room. The room was definitely nice and clean. Great ambiance. As I was preparing to figure out what I was going to do throughout the remainder of the evening, I received a text message from William welcoming me again and asking how was my room and everything going thus far. I informed him that Izzy was getting someone to bring up some air freshener as well as a microwave, but at that time it was about 30 plus minutes later. He apologized profusely and said he'll get someone up right away without hesitation. They were there within a matter of minutes and not only did they deodorize my room with a very nice pleasant smell that lasted the entire time I was there but the attendance also cleaned the bathrooms over a bit and mopped the floor area in there and I felt much more comfortable. He was very nice and kind and he brought up the microwave and a few extra towels and set everything up very nicely. William followed back up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction via text again not too long afterwards, which I thought was a very nice way to communicate while you're so busy you just want to keep enjoying the experience and texting was easier to do while I was taking care of other things. After everything was all taken care of , I enjoyed the nice flat screen TV for a bit and I decided to check out the menu as well as go out or walk on the town, which was very nice. It also cooled down a bit later that evening. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and they were many people that I saw and in the hotel there are also out walking about were very friendly and said hello as we pass each other by. By the way, I did walk around the hotel a little bit before taking my walk on the town. I had a chance to look at all of the from the pool to the fitness center and the restaurant, and they were all very nice. I came back in and relaxed and enjoyed their major of my night. It would be remiss of me to overlook the fact that my sleep for that night was so super amazing. Not only was my room nice and cool with very efficient working AC, but the bed felt like I was in heaven and the pillows were the softest but most supportive ever. I typically have back and neck issues and sometimes pillows make things worse. Now, these pillows, I'm telling you, you have got to come and sleep in these beds because they were top level and I really felt like I just slept on a cloud and woke up in heaven after sleeping countless hours or so it seemed. It was just a beautiful experience. I'm very thankful and grateful that I made the decision to come to Hilton Pasadena that night. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to all of my family and friends. The staff were really great throughout my stay. I left the next day after a very late check out and went to enjoy breakfast downstairs (complimentary) and make the most of my time before valet brought my car back. I must say I was well pleased with my check out. The young ladies who helped me were very nice and made sure that I was properly billed and had no issues coming out. The manager at the restaurant was very kind as well as the server. They took great care of me. I felt like I was right at home with my new family. Now that's how you do it! Thank you all!

Give the people pressure! Water pressure is pretty low, so don’t expect a great shower. Room was spacious but mattresses were a bit too soft, but that’s subjective. Location in Pasadena was good for seeing the city. Izzy was a great help in bringing our bags up to our room. We appreciated his help greatly.

Great Customer Service Izzy the Bellman greeted me with a smile and great customer service. He came right away with the roller with a smile and gave assistance with my luggage. Izzy the Bellman smiled and showed professionalism with the careful placement of my luggage and belongings in the room! Thank you for a great start to my stay here at the Hilton.
