Very nice hotel. Great bang for the buck. Large, clean room with fireplace; great shower; fairly quiet (and we were right off the lobby next to the restaurant). Plenty of parking. Very convenient after visiting westside wineries. Easily one of our favorite stays in Paso.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Arrived on Friday for a two night stay. Told at check in that they overbooked and I was bumped out of my Saturday night stay and of course that this never happens. I was then told I would have a room at their partner hotel Hampton Suites across the way. They called and there were no rooms available. I finally ended up having to book my second night on my own. Luckily I found availability at Oxford Suites which was a WAY better hotel with a shuttle to downtown Paso. I was also given the number to call the manager who was not on site. He NEVER called me back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. On top of that there were ants in my room. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Very poorly run. Thank you Oxford Suites!

Good but not near town This is a funny one, the hotel is good but is far form Paso downtown, if not familiar with Paso which I wasn't. it is a 25 Dollar uber away from downtown or field of lights. It is beside a lot of shops which was handy. The Bar/restaurant was good and I would recommend the flatbread which was excellent. Rooms feel a bit old but were clean and functional. Price was good. If closer to the town I would stay again.

Disappointing hotel and false representation Nice ambiance at the front of the hotel but all around was construction and did not have the vibe of winery and the service for obtaining extra linen was self service even though we paid premium for the hotel. Can’t say I was pleased although the room was comfy, the bathroom door was seethrough and did not provide privacy

Beware of duplicate charges. Beware of duplicate charges. When I checked in, I was told that my card did not go through. I asked the clerk was he sure that I wasn't charged. He said he was sure. So I put my card in the machine a 2nd time. Well, the day after my trip, I checked my credit card statement and, lo and behold, I was charged twice for my one night stay. To make matters worse, I left a message for the hotel's manager and he never returned my call. For the past 2 days I have spent hours on the phone with my credit card company to resolve this matter. The hotel's manager could have have easily resolved this for me, but despite their recorded message of "quality customer service" it's just an ad slogan.
