Can't trust their reservation system Made a reservation in October 2015 for a room in May 2016 (for Brown University graduation) and received notification that my reservation will not be honored. Spent several unsuccessful hours in phone and email and no alternative accommodations were provided. Looks like we will have no alternative but too miss graduation, as we live hundreds of miles away. Shame on you, Comfort Inn! You'll never see ME again....

I95 instant access plus restaurant and bar attached to property. Yes it is under construction but I was not there 9 to 5. No noise issues outside of those hours as I previously read. Room nice, clean and partially stocked with toiletries. No issues. Awesome heat that kept on blowing. Breakfast choices as expected from the chain. No issues. Staff just perfect. No room or hallway odors on ground floor. I should have brought bathing suit as no one ever in the indoor pool that was tempting. My ground floor location near exit door was too far for any wi-fi signal but I never inquired. Appears that upper floor may be smoking allowed and house people that are in need. No issues. I'll stay again.

Great location With few options in Pawtucket, the Comfort Inn is centrally located next to I 95 and also near downtown. With a restaurant connected (Murphy's Law) you don't have to go anywhere to get a meal. A simple breakfast is included, which is always nice.

Stay somewhere else Things to know: 1. The first floor is more like a creepy basement - low ceilings, flickering fluorescent lights, noise from the restaurant / bar next door. 2. There are no king beds, which is weird for a place that feels like they rent rooms by the hour 3. The top floor is the smoking floor. If you don't smoke, you'll discover that you hear every noise from the people above you. 4. Everything is shabby. The carpets throughout the hotel are filthy. The wallpaper is falling off the wall. The towels have somebody else's hair on them. There's a piece of conduit and another pipe running through a wall. The A/C is miserable and directs cold air directly at the bed. There's no adjustment and we used a chair as a windbreak. 5. Even the inspection certificate in the elevator expired months ago. 6. If you're on the side of the hotel facing the interstate and you've got a balcony, the sound of the traffic is really loud. We had the "this is the way it is here" discussion at check-in so we don't bother saying anything. It's a business trip, the bed seemed clean, and Comic Con is in Providence so hotel rooms are scarce. The bright spot is the breakfast room. The women we saw there do a great job, they're friendly, and they really care about what they do. This is the best hotel in Pawtucket because it's the only hotel in Pawtucket and I think that it really should be avoided at all costs.
