Family getaway Nice place with clean and comfortable rooms. We had one that opened on the grass area and enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. Breakfast was your typical precooked foods and plenty to enjoy. Office has a nice supply of snacks and essentials. Alibertos next door has good Mexican food..

Awesome customer service After booking Majestic Mountain through a 3rd party booking company, our reservation was all messed up and would have left us changing rooms midway through our stay. The delightful woman at the front desk, Natalie, was determined to not let that happen, and with help from Harvey, they allowed us to stay in a much more expensive room at no additional fee to us, just to make sure we didn't have to move with our kiddos. Natalie continued spending hours of her own time that evening sorting out our booking and checking in on us numerous times to be sure we were satisfied. We were extremely touched by the kindness of these two, and had a truly wonderful experience because of them. It is lovely to know there are still good people running businesses in this world! Thanks again to both of you, your generosity with our family was so greatly appreciated!!

Sorry I inconvenienced you; I'll stay somewhere else from now on. I stayed here way before July 2023, but that's as far as the calendar would go back. Stayed on a saturday night, where a wedding party next door whooped it up until 2:30am, and after I called the front desk several times to complain, they did nothing, so I got no sleep. When I told the front desk in the morning, they gave me the attitude that I was the bad guy here (how dare I infringe on folks who just got married and wanted to keep the whole hotel up all night with them)! Stay here again? If I want to stay up all night, sure. Otherwise, I'll go somewhere else.

Good and we traveled with a pet. Saw the bad reviews after I booked so I was worried. When i arrived, staff was kind, room old, but clean. Had a fireplace which was nice for it got cold at night.. Nice grounds and just an okay breakfast and hot showers. Not bad like some of the prior reviews. Would definetly stay again!

Great place Manager was very helpful on check in. Got right in. Clean room. Very good breakfast Good location Would definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again Nice yard area outside the room. Been told elk come visit. Didn’t see any but maybe too early for them
