The usual for my bimonthly stay The front desk staff are excellent, the rooms are clean for the most part, everything works as it should for the age of the hotel and the abuse that the rooms have seen from past guest. The front desk staff do the best they can to address issues to make the stay as best as the can. And if the room is not going to work for you the staff do their best to fix the issues.

Kind and accommodating staff All the staff are kind and always accomidating my early check-ins for my overnight shifts. I'm traveling X-ray tech and I stay here every weekend. Linda the manager has been above and beyond to help me with my odd schedule and it is greatly appreciated! -Krystal C

Best customer service Lynette is a wonderful addition to the extended stay our team! She’s absolutely wonderful. What a great employee this hotel has. She is so helpful! honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, let alone in an employee!

Big, Expensive Disappointment! It looks nice from the outside, but the only nice thing I can say is the staff was friendly. I was charged approximately $400.00/night and the room and hallways smelled horrible. The kind of smell that stays with you. These are 'Extended Stay' rooms, so a kitchenette and desk area, but not a single cup or paper towel to be found. 6 keys stopped working! 6! Our room was on the far end of the hotel, so I had to walk through the smelly hallways, a number of times, to get new keys. Would not recommend.

Dated property, great staff more than makes up for it. The friendly and helpful staff more than make up for the older/dated property, during peak summer season. I booked this location last minute to attend a family wedding. Over the years I’ve learned THE RIGHT PEOPLE ARE KEY. The crew here was courteous, polite, anytime of day or night.
