Great! Great hotel. It’s situated in forestry and gives a great secluded vibe. Although it feels like you are secluded, you are in walking distance on the golf cart paths to several restaurants nearby. Good customer service and clean rooms. I wish we would’ve booked all of our nights there but came in town a night earlier than planned and booked this hotel for the first night.

HORRIBLE HOTEL, HORRIBLE STAFF, RUDE EMPLOYEES. NASTY ROOMS Security down right harasses customers. Trying to figure out directions and an UNMARKED hotel van, was stalking my vehicle. At 1:30 am being lost, it felt unsafe being followed by a white van, the lady proceeded to scream and holler at where my vehicle is located ( again, trying to figure out where I’m going ) and was all out unpleasant

In need of some serious upgrades! The grounds are lovely and would give visitors the impression that it's equally as lovely inside (NOT!!). I'm amazed that apparently a lot of corporations are still hosting large groups there (guessing seminars on conferences). We chose not to eat there so I can't comment on the bar or the food; perhaps that section of the facility is very nice. I am only reviewing our guest room. Absolutely no room for clothes. Guess no one unpacks when there. Seriously, a cabinet that had the doors and drawers glued shut!?!?! Antiquated A/C unit. No hanging space to speak of. Terribly uncomfortable bed. Really a huge disappointment and it was like it was cheap!

Beautiful property, wonderful staff Beautiful, peaceful property nestled in the woods. I’ve stayed here four times and look forward to my next visit. Rooms are well appointed and clean. The staff is the friendliest around. The hotel restaurant offers a great breakfast buffet with an omelette station. Lunch, dinner, and room service is all available. Full bar with great bartenders. Only drawback to the property is the separate buildings, requires you to go outside to get to main lobby / bar / restaurant / pool.

BED BUGS I been traveling for work close to 15 years and this hotel is up there in my top 3 most terrible experience. The main reason for that was because I woke to BED BUGS in my bid. The area the hotel is based actually very pretty and scenic, but the hotel accommodations can be better. Employees were very friendly, food was meh, the training rooms for our business were great. But if you can’t sleep because of bed bugs then you may as well just leave. Which is what I did. They gave me a new room the next morning, but also told me that they couldn’t even get an inspection done until the day after that. You’d think they would want to make it a priority but I guess not.
