Unclean The room was not cleaned. They didn’t change the sheets on one bed and there was hair in the shower. The front desk worker wasn’t at the front desk when I checked in and I was waiting as she came out of the back. The housekeepers didn’t even clean my room once I brought up the bed being dirty

My first stay in Georgia No Refrigerator in the room, no microwave in the room.No full length mirror in the room other than all that it was a beautiful hotel and the staff was nice and friendly.. but to not have a refrigerator and a full length mirror in the room is Insane

Normally love the hote No bathroom door so no privacy definitely didn’t like that normally love the hotel but wasn’t happy with that and why no microwave it’s crazy that hotel that nice didn’t have a bathroom door or microwave and the refrigerator would not get cold

This hotel and staff are On Point! For my daughter’s wedding this past weekend we reserved a block of 9 rooms and planned the rehearsal dinner at The Terrace in hotel restaurant. From the moment I first reached out and began communication with Melissa Soto, sales manager I knew I was going to receive 5 Star service. Melissa helped me get the rooms sorted and then began the initial prep for the meal. She patiently worked to help me create the perfect menu over several days and many emails. Once the financial logistics had been handled and the contract had been signed I was delivered into the capable hands of Erika Felder, convention services manager. Erika was with me every step of the way as she helped as plan fine (and important) details to accommodate strict dietary restrictions and laid the ground work for a beautiful display. The day of our event Jasmine at the front desk quickly and efficiently checked in our many guests with a smile and kind wishes for the couple. Marianna set a beautiful natural tablescape and and her assistant that waited our tables was friendly and attentive (I hate that I don’t remember her name). The food was amazing and the Chef was perfect in insuring our dietary issues were completely taken care off. Finally, the next day our couple came back from their wedding to a beautiful two floor suite. All of our rooms and the suite were beautiful, clean and comfortable. In addition to the people mentioned above every staff member from the amazing bar tender to the on site roaming staff to the housekeeping staff we courteous and friendly. I have ZERO complaints. 100% recommended for any large party event.

Incredibly friendly staff!!!! Everything is relative; if you stay at the "other" conference property in Peachtree City, you will adore this one! Small closet space but at least there are drawers to store foldable clothes. While the facility could use some updating, the service was impeccable!!! And the accommodations were comfortable. I actually can't say enough about the staff, specifically the morning dining staff; from the excellent cook (everything perfectly well prepared - no raw bacon!!!) to the greeters/servers who were above and beyond friendly and helpful........and the bartender (I think his name was CJ) who did an incredible job of handling an inebriated customer who was offending everyone in the bar area; he handled with finesse! We enjoyed our 5-day stay here.
