Great way to fix a check in error!!! After a long day of driving from the post hurricane area of the Florida peninsula, our check in at the Pensacola Hilton didn’t work out quite how we had planned! The previous few days the Florida peninsula had been hit by hurricane Milton and on our arrival day the hotel was unable to check us in due to housekeeping being behind. Check in was 4pm. We were told we would get a call when our room was ready. Fine I can wait! I understand staffing issues. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours to hear back we had not been called. Once we returned to the front desk, tired, frustrated and sick of being in a moving car I met @Skye McGown. He greeted me with a big smile and ask how he could help. After explaining our previous few days of hiccups on our vacation and the excessive wait to get our room I asked Skye how he could help recoup our evening and help turn around this frustrating trip. With a great attitude and a smile he upgraded us to a fabulous suite with a view on three sides. It was so wonderful to be treated with such generosity! Thank you thank you thank you. I have only one adjunct to this review. While this room was spacious and tidy the balcony was not! Pigeon poo everywhere. If I was someone paying full price for that room I would expect to be able to enjoy the balcony with out risking illness! Please add this to the housekeeping duties when turning over the rooms. At the very least wipe the furniture down. Aside from that everything was fantastic!!!

Below standard As a consumer with Hilton Diamond Status, this hotel does not live up to Hilton standards of other hotels. They advertise housekeeping “every other day” but were unable to service the room/ clean even ONCE during our stay. They did offer to change towels after calling 4-5 time but we had to then go to the desk to even get the towels requested. When asked about housekeeping they mentioned “being too busy with check ins” with new guests. For the price the room cleanliness also did not live up to our standards.

Awesome Hilton Hotel Pensacola Beach vacation experience! I was very pleased with my last vacation on September 25 at Hilton Hotel in Pensacola Beach Florida. The hotel it's very well maintained and housekeeping are doing a great job. Nevertheless my experience at this hotel was heightened to another level by front desk employee Skye. I can say that Skye was extremely inviting and knowledgeable and also provided excellence in his customer service during my 7 days/ nights stay in this Hotel. Skye was helping us with all our needs and was making sure that our stay will be a awesome experience! I recommend that the management will appreciate Skye's dedication to patrons and Hilton's Company! Thank you much for a unforgettable experience at Hilton Pensacola Beach FL. ___

Solid hotel, great staff. Skye M. Was the best FOH staff I've ever had at a hotel. He was warm, friendly and professional. We were well looked after and he helped out with places to eat and local insights. He made our stay. Thank you! The hotel is clean, well equipped, and very family friendly. The views from our room on the 10th floor were amazing.

Pensacola Beach Hilton Is An Embarassment With No Customer Service We attend an event at Pensacola Beach Hilton in September since 2021. All 3 years was a horrible experience. In 2022 a flood on the floor in our room…no one available at front desk. Then were told maintenance not available and couldn’t get us another room. In 2023 room was late with no apology and air conditioning did not work in a hot sauna of a room. This stay in 2024 Hilton Honors app didn’t work, room again was late, premises unclean and poorly maintained. Front desk does not answer phone. Hilton contact rep is a joke…blamed me for a bad connection and hung up on me. At the kid pool a temporary pump with a hose line kids could trip on or get tangled on was left unattended as well as a bucket of chlorine tablets Very disgusted being a Hilton Honors Gold member
