Nice place Nice place. Right in the beach with nice views. Front desk employees very nice. Outdoor pool is perfect with someone playing music near the bars Have stayed here a few times. Rooms are cleaned & spacious. Would stay again. Wish it had a hot tub, to me, that’s the only thing missing

Lovely It's a great location, right on the beachfront, and has underground parking too! Staff friendly and efficient, and when we had a minor issue it was sorted immediately and professionally. Just a short walk down the beach there are a group of restaurants and shops which are worth visiting, especially if you like seafood. The US Navy blue angels aerobatic team are based just across the bay, and if you're lucky, as we were, your stay might coincide with one of their practice sessions - we had an hour's display with first class views - check their website for flight times! We had a great stay there, thank you.

A Mess , we arrived on August 14 when we got up on the 16th floor 1606C the door was filthy, The code would not let us in so they sent us another code. We had to push on the door to get in the door had to be shut hard to get it locked. II my family and I should have never walked in to something that disgusting we had blood on pillows. the two blue sofas in the living room., When you sat back on the sofa you went into the back you fell through in the back part of the sofa,. the little sofa bed in the master bedroom, the mattress stuck my granddaughter when she went to get in there to go to bed, it was an old mattress with springs in it, clean her knee and put a Band-Aid on it .The floors were filthy our grandchildren, the younger ones we had to keep their shoes on if not, the feet were blackThe main balcony had storm shutters, laying all over and wire sticking out from the side of the wall was unbelievable. A grand children were trying to pull on them, and it was very hard to stop and we had to put them inside. It’s ridiculous .the same way in the laundry room that was next to the kids bedroom the electrical wire box was open and I’m telling you it was disgusting. That was a major fire hazard..the garbage disposal back up clogged up we had to plunger it. Several times in the sink would stop and get clogged and there were other many things that did not take pictures. They did send a message asking how things were I gave them two thumbs down. Too many things were wrong. I’m asking for a refund and I do apologize for any miss writing. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this condo, the Martin family

Weekend getaway Room was comfortable, air conditioning work very well. The beds were very comfortable although a bit high. Plenty of hot water for showers after the beach. Pool towel are available & you can take the towels to the beach. We brought our own umbrella & chairs, but they have them available to rent. There is not a lifeguard on this breach. We enjoyed our weekend here. Would go again.

3.5 Stars at Most Six members of our family spent last weekend at the PBR. Cutting to the chase, we were very disappointed in many ways. Upon arrival we were disappointed to learn that the hotel does not have a concierge. It was our first time to Pensacola and assistance with dinner and activity recommendations would have been very helpful. We arrived after 5 PM and there was no available staff to help us with luggage. When we went to the beach the next morning we discovered that there were no services provided by the hotel. Chair and umbrella rentals were provided by a third party whose employees were often absent. Worst of all there were NO towels available at the beach or the pool! The A/C in our room failed twice. Once in the middle of the night (no sleep that night) and again the next day. The hotel would only give me a $60 credit. I had paid for 3 rooms for 4 nights The only pluses were spacious room, great location and (mostly) friendly staff.
