Amazing staff, highly recommend! After a horrible experience at another hotel who had randomly cancelled our reservation, the desk staff at Hampton Inn & Suites did everything right to make our stay one of the best yet. Lavenia(I am so sorry because I know I am spelling it wrong!) was the one who checked us in and a kinder, more helpful person I have not met! She took a impossible situation and fixed it for us! Laura checked in our daughters in later that evening and they said she was such a joy to talk to and made their check-in so great! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Pensacola area! Thank you so much for saving our graduation weekend!

Wonderful Staff, Clean and Safe From check-in to check-out, this is the friendliest and most conveniently located hotel in Pensacola. Laura greets you with a great hello and a big smile. She makes you feel welcome and at home and is so very helpful. Breakfast is good and has a good selection of items and the women who manage the food area are very sweet and are constantly cleaning and taking care of guests. The hotel is located within 2-3 blocks of numerous restaurants, shops and not far from the beach and Pensacola State College. Clean, safe and reasonably priced, this is the place to stay. Thank you!

Try somewhere else No code of conduct, poor ethics, elevators seemed as if they were going to fall apart, housekeeping rudely walked into room when I was in the shower, carpet and furniture had chips/stains, thin walls.

Clean, comfortable, quiet After reading about their refurbishment, we decided to return here and we were very pleased. Staff was pleasant and professional. The property looks new. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The property is easy to access.

Nice and Clean At check-in, the experience could have been more welcoming. There was no greeting, no "I will be with you shortly." The room and bathroom were clean and there were no lingering odors. The carpet was worn and looked like it had seen better days; however, it was free of debris. The a/c worked well. The stars at this hotel were the breakfast staff.They were extremely pleasant and worked very hard to keep the buffet stocked and tables clean. Plus, if something wasn't easily visible, they were quick to help. There were many restaurants and stores nearby, in case you needed something. We would stay here again. Checkout was quick.
