Staff was amazing I stayed at the Penticton Lakeside Resort from Oct. 29 to Nov. 3 while my husband was in Penticton hospital. The staff treated me amazingly, very caring and helpful. I am a senior woman, and felt very safe at the hotel. I had meals at all three restaurants, the food was delicious, price was good, and all the servers were so friendly, all with smiles. The room was very comfortable, and the front desk always supplied me with extra coffee pods. I would highly recommend this hotel for seniors and families.

Exceeded our expectations We recently stayed at the Resort. Our room was lovely, the view excellent and the facilities including the downstairs pub and the Hooded Merganser restaurant. More particularly we left an iPad behind in our room. The hotel went out of its way to return it to us in Perth. I have to give them five stars for this outstanding service.

IF YOU DON’T WANT SLEEP, STAY HERE!! On 4th floor, lake view & music was pounding from the bar until 1:55am. Then from 6:30-9 am we had a hockey team running up & down the hall, pounding on doors, cussing, shouting… called front desk & they “graciously”said we could check out at noon, which because of the time change was basically on time & the front desk girl had the audacity to say to me “if we’re in our room past 12:00, we’d be charged for a half day.” Kind of a slap in the face when you’re running on less than 5 hours of sleep. They essentially did not compensate us at all for our terrible night & we left with a really bad impression that they really didn’t care about us. When face to face with the front desk staff, she basically didn’t care. Pretty sure she was the same person that I spoke to on the phone. Rude, terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Great place for a get away in the Okanogan Location is great, not too busy and a short drive to Penticton. Accomodations were very nice, everything included that you would need, including bbq. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all utensils, and just outside the door was the pool. We enjoyed this get away very very much and hopefully it will be available next year as we would love to stay here again, but maybe a little longer.

Wonderful, first-class experience and accommodations... This was our first (or hopefully many) stays at the Penticton Lakeside Resort & Conference Centre. The check-in process was fast and efficient. We reserved our room for 1 night. Shen we checked into the beautifully appointed room, we wondered why we were not staying longer. We were fortunate enough to reserve a lake view room. Well worth the upgrade given the spectacular view we enjoyed from our balcony and bedroom. We will definitely return and stay longer next time.
