A Super Mistake We were disappointed to find out at check-in that this hotel did not have an elevator and of course, our room was on the second floor. No mention of this deficiency is listed anywhere on their website or our reservation materials. On top of that, the room we stayed in had a cheap bed, with no box spring and abysmal support - much like an inexpensive cot you might find in a Boy Scout camp. The final insult was to find out that we were surrounded by guests who had dogs in their rooms. Yes...the hotel was advertised as pet friendly, but most hotels group all of the pet-bearing guests in a separate area of the hotel. My advice: Stay away!

Stay away, unless you like hanging out with felons A decade ago, I enjoyed staying at Super 8, but no longer! My Percival (misleadingly called Nebraska City Super 8) stay is the last ever at the Slummin' 8. As a former Sheriffs deputy, I'd warn all non-felons to stay away. People were smoking weed on the second floor, and I highly doubt a single "guest" could pass a background check. I'm guessing the local Sheriffs department cannot place convicts in halfway houses and use the "Nebraska City" location as alternative lodging, common in poor, rural counties. It was sold out when I stayed, but not a single normal traveler was staying. If someone checked warrants, this "hotel" would be empty.

Not great hotel The front desk not overly friendly The room to be seem clean The bedroom are very comfortable The pillow are very comfortable The blankets are very clean The sheets are clean the bathroom need renovation The room seem be newly renovated The breakfast was just biscuit and gravy no hot egg and no hot meat They had waffles They had no whipping cream no food sauce They had good coffee The Orange juice was not very good test They had breakfast cereal They right near truck stop Is this not best super 8 motel We did book this already of time I did ask for cheaper rate they give a cheaper rate It was on they own web site

OK hotel We got in late Front desk was not over friendly The room seem clean The bathroom need to be remodelled The breakfast was just biscuits and gravy waffles and they had no whipping cream no fruits sauce No hot egg and hot no meat They give a cheaper rate I saw one on their website and they give me a cheaper rate We booked us ahead of time a week before we arrived Coffee was good The beds are clean, the room newly renovated The pillows were comfortable the blankets were clean

Super 8 Nebraska City Clean, reasonable hotel. No bed bugs or anything, but breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Parking behind truck stop so some noise from the truck stop area. Have a restaurant in the truck stop and a Wendy's nearby, or you could drive into Nebraska City for other places to eat.
