Worst hotel stay ever. This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at! My family stayed in a queen suite on our way home to Massachusetts from Florida. We arrived at our room to find they provided no bedding for the sleeper sofa so I sent a message down to the desk asking for some. No response so I went down to ask, they gave us a sheet set and a blanket with large holes in it. The room looked as if they tried to cover everything with paint and pieces of carpet. The bathroom door handle was rusty and glued on with caulking, it didn’t stay shut at all or lock. The toilet handle was broken and the seat cover bolts were covered in rust and broken apart. The walls in the bathroom were clearly falling apart and painted over water damage. The bathroom floor grout was also painted white and coming off???? The shower was disgusting and rusted we didn’t dare to use it. The carpet was loose and very gross with stains everywhere. After going to bed AND LOCKING THE DOOR to our room someone entered our room!! The latch on the door stopped it from opening all the way but it was opened enough for them to see inside and scare my son that was sleeping on the sofa. It would have had to be an employee with a key card. By the time we got up and checked they were gone and no one said anything to us. In the morning we went down stairs to get a cup of coffee and our key cards wouldn’t work when we went back up. We didn’t stay for the free breakfast and quickly got out of there. Worst hotel stay ever. I booked based on the good reviews and photos but clearly was misled.

WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!! WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!! This hotel triple charged me for the rooms! The front desk staff are rude and UNHELPFUL. I was told the General Manager would call me within 5 days - that was 10 days ago!!! The room itself was nice and the stay was good for what we needed. However, I will NEVER refer someone to this hotel nor will we ever stay here again.

This place is a dump! Don’t be fooled like I was. This place is a dump! I don’t know what people are talking about when they leave such high reviews. The bathroom is nasty and I think the tub is dirtier than I was after a day at the lake. No safe in the rooms, smells like mold and mildew. Same with the dimly lit pool. Don’t be fooled by pictures or mention of a hot tub -it’s been removed and covered over.

A MOLDY MESS!!! I have been surprised by the conditions of hotels in the past, but NEVER like this! PLEASE don't be fooled by photos! Was in town for a graduation at Ft. Gregg Adams. Upon entry, I began itching. Room was stuffy so we turned on AC. Noticed shower looked wet but didn't think anything of it. Hair was on the floor. Toilet was not cleaned properly, but I spayed and wiped everything down as I do in any hotel. My allergies were really acting up so I automatically knew that mold/mildew had to be present. The seat at the desk was completely destroyed (all the leather had been peeled away). NOTHING could have prepared me for what I later found. An actual MUSHROOM and furry MOLD was growing from the bathroom floor!!! Did not notice until almost midnight and my father was already asleep. We decided to stay for the one night instead of two. 5 o'clock the next morning, my daughter was up vomiting profusely! I had to miss the graduation due to this! When we contacted corporate, we received a very nonchalant attitude and were only offered our money back after having to go back and forth about policies. PLEASE LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS, UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Terrible night The room was outdated. The bed was hard (past firm). We had a terrible nights sleep.. bedroom was just a bed with a door that was jammed open, covering the full length mirror. Two main lights were out above and my side table light as well. We kept spraying Lysol for the odd odor. We took photos of the rug for an idea of the condition of the room. The televisions were also so small! So disappointed. So uncomfortable.
