Business Laneece at the front desk was very helpful. Recommended some food options nearby and when I had an issue with noise from room next door was more than happy to help me with a new room on different floor. I stay here on business frequently and the hotel is clean, rooms are clean. My thanks to the staff, housekeeping is always nice, even the night security guard was friendly. Again Laneece has been a great help when I’ve stayed and always is welcoming with a smile. Thanks

Modern efficiency if that’s your thing We booked one night because we were leaving on early flight the next morning. The room is clean, has a mini fridge and coffee maker with one bottle of water. Has in room safe, king bed was ok, no closet, small shower, room was compact using every inch. Biggest problem was the noise, room doors are heavy and you hear constant banging as guests leave their room. also very noisy from road traffic.Coffee in lobby not available all day, however the staff was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. There are 3 hotels in the cul de sac will try Sheraton Suites next.

Skip it! There is literally nothing around this hotel and no sidewalks so you can’t walk anywhere. If you don’t have a car you’re not eating. Gym is closed and there is no where to even run. The 3rd floor and elevator smelled like a combination of weed and old beer. My mattress had a huge disgusting stain on it. Out of the 6 employees I interacted with during my stay, only one was friendly. Rooms are definitely showing their age. It is very loud with car and aircraft noise. I would definitely skip it!

Hotel review It was a uncomfortable stay first the room was small little TV bathroom small shower pressure low no microwave..One time the lights cut off in the whole building worst customer service I rate this hotel half star

Fall 2020 I have stayed at this hotel in the past. Unfortunately the contactless check in did not work. We didn’t mind checking in as normal but we were shocked to be given a room that had a seal on the key entry stating the room was sanitized but upon entry it appeared occupied with jeans in the bathroom and the bed unmade. Clearly the room hadn’t been cleaned which is very concerning given the hesitation to stay in hotels during these times. We were given another room that was clean. Certain guests did not wear a mask in the hotel public area. The hotel should limit the number of people on the elevator.
