Very confortable and well located hotel Very good hotel, great location. The Club Quarters has a lot of good services, from nice lobby with complementary beverages to laundry service. Shout out to Shantel and Dermot at the front desk who were very nice and helpful during our stay.

Excellent service from Dermot I want to honor Dermot for his kindness and patience. He is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. He was friendly and helpful to me. Being an older, solo traveler stuck in Phili after my flight was cancelled it was comforting having him at the front desk.

Well located . Clean . Kind staff . Very practical It is the third time we use CQ. 2 at NYC and this at PHYL. All of them outstanding . In particular , PHYL was located just in the best part of the city close to the best shops and restaurants. Very very convenient . Very good value for money and everything impecable

Clean, affordable, friendly staff Club Quarters is clean, affordable, and (almost) no frills place to stay. It is centrally located between Rittenhouse Square and Broad Street so in easy walking distance to most of the center-city Philadelphia sites and trains. Despite location, it was quiet at night, which is a plus. Accommodations are basic but the bed was comfortable. We had a small fridge in our room for snacks and such, and free water bottles are located by the elevators so you don’t have to buy water while you’re walking around Philadelphia. Also, the espresso in the lobby was really good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful — Shout out to Dermot at the front desk!! For business travelers, there is a nice desk space with good desk lamp. Good Internet and lots of plugs to charge your phones, computer, etc. Did I mention quiet? Want restaurants or nightlife? Only steps away in either direction. Would recommend Park on Rittenhouse Square. We also had a good time at the indoor mini golf place across the street (Puttshack). Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay We felt very welcomed by Dermot & Shantel. Great service, also the rooms were great. We very much appreciated the (cold) water service, free coffee and the free gym. The location of the hotel was amazing! Would highly recommend! Till next time!
