Philly Adventure Viji was a total delight to our trip to Philly. She was so very helpful with suggestions and questions. It made our trip a sweet memory! FOUND A MOUSE IN THE ROOM!!! We stayed 10days in total and we had to change room the last night because we found a MOUSE running around our room. If it wasn’t already 11pm we would have checked out instead of changing a room.. Overall the hotel was not clean.. both room and public spaces like elevator were not properly cleaned and the breakfast was very poor. Definately not worth 4stars or the money we paid. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Amazing experience Wonderful location within walking distance of multiple attractions. Very convenient parking & hospitable crew. Viji was extremely attentive & provided a 5 star experience ! We will definitely be returning to this location. ________

Vacation Getaway Mike, a sales rep was working in the lobby of the double tree. He was professional, anttentive and very knowledgeable about the different package options Hilton offers. We were impressed and persuaded and are excited to utilize our vacation package creating family memories!

Cheap The room was too hot and above the stayed temperature of 68 degrees. No fitted sheets? Really? No complimentary coffee ready for early morning travelers? Why? Paint peeling off the wall and worst of all, they did not give me my damn cookie. Everything on the cheap.
