Poor quality for Hilton, not clean, overpriced. This hotel gives Hilton a bad name. I usually trust any of the discount hotels by the big three brands, but Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this one. As soon as I opened the door to our room it smelled of mildew, both the living room and the bedroom stank. There was black stuff on the air return, and several brown stains on the mattress protector. There was rust all over the tub, and no drain cover. The pool had several children swimming in their underwear, which is of course completely unsanitary. This place is way overpriced for what it is. I paid with points, and for 50K points I could have stayed at downtown Hilton in most major cities, not a discount hotel on the outskirts. This should be a 20-30K redemption at most, and even then I'd probably choose somewhere else. The breakfast was great, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good, which is why it gets 2 starts instead of none.

Just okay. Also way over priced. The hotel was average. I want to give it a poor rating for the amount I paid for the room. It was $300 a night with parking. Room was clean but old and needs a lot of updating. The shower curtain was messed up and leaked water because it wouldn’t stay shut without holding it. What a hassle. The breakfast was probably the best feature. The pool was closed which we were not happy about. The most alarming feature was the systems were down and I had to write my credit card number on a piece of paper and give it to the front desk. That is just awful and invasive. Overall, I would certainly pick a different hotel to stay in. This hotel isn’t the standard for Hilton and I was disappointed.

Wouldn't recommend this spot or at least room 341 The morning breakfast staff was not helpful and, for the most part, rude and unprofessional talking about things that shouldn't be overheard by anyone of any age, especially under 10s. The sofa bed in the living room was in such a bad shape. Mattress was stained. Sheets were ripped, and hair from the previous travelers was apparent. The neighbors were partying way past the late night, and from our recollection, there was no urgency to stop it.

Good location to airport Good location for the airport. Outside looks great and as expected for a Hilton. The rooms are of a good size and spacious however they are tired and in need of updating. Our room stated non smoking but clearly the previous occupants had smoked heavily as strong smell. I did not address this due to an early departure. Not the usual Hilton experience for me.

Great Follow up I want to recognize Judy Soman for outstanding customer service. Leaving the hotel for a very early morning departure, my sunglasses were left in the room. Judy took a personal interest, located the glasses and forwarded them to my home. I truly appreciate her efforts and dedication to guest services
