Nice area, some nice staff, but poor sleep quality I'll start with the good… 1) The location is nice and easy to get to. 2) The valet gentlemen were excellent! Attentive, friendly, happy to answer questions. Even offered driving directions when we were leaving. And they had no issues at all with the standard transmission (6 speed stick). 3) The morning room service gentlemen were also a ray of light. Smiling and cheerful. Happy to help get your day started. Most of the other staff we dealt with were fine. The bad… 1) The parking is expensive. 2) The digital key is a nice idea, but didn't work. I had to go to the front desk and wait to get physical keys from a somewhat unpleasant front desk attendant. 3) The bathroom had unfinished spackle in the ceiling of the shower and no paint. 4) There were stains on the bedding.I'm going to say grease stains? It was something black. 5) The sink faucet didn't reach far enough over the basin to wash without water all over the counter. 6) There was no trash can in the bathroom at all. 7) I've never seen a toilet quite like this. I really should have taken a video. There's almost no water in the toilet to start, but the toilet is deep. When you flush it, water gushes from the front and back - like you just opened a dam release. The two surges of water blast into each other and splash out all over, but don't actually take away the excrement that is in the previously mostly dry toilet. It had two buttons on top - making you think one would use less water and maybe splash less, but the actual outcome from each appeared the same. So, stand back! 8) The bed was one of the most uncomfortable we've ever slept on. My shoulders are aching after one night. The pillows were flat. The mattress was hard. The whole thing just seemed worn out. 9) The website said room service was until midnight, but they just stopped answering the phone and closed up shop at 10:00. I asked at the front desk if there was anything - a vending machine, even. She said no. The Curio hotel is too high class to have a vending machine or pantry like a lower end property. So, if you're arriving late, don't count on available room service. She did say that the rooftop bar was open later than expected - in case I might want some liquor to eat. Would I stay here again? Based on the sleep quality alone, I'm going with no. It's a shame. They really need to pay more attention to what travelers need - like food and sleep. It really is in a nice area. We walked around and took some photos. I had hoped to come back with a much more positive experience.

Wonderful stay Claire at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She was pleasant when we arrived. She overheard us say it was my husband’s birthday and she upgraded us immediately. She was patient when i asked to look up my Hilton honors and added it to my stay. She is the perfect example of great customer service!

Terrible hotel - stay somewhere else This hotel is outdated, service is terrible. Would rate zero stars if I could. Checked in room was filthy. I don’t think it was cleaned. Doors to adjoining room were left open, food and drinks were spoiling in fridge, sheets were dirty and ripped. They changed our room but offered no help. I did it all by myself. New room was stinky but appeared clean. This is supposed to be a high end/luxury room. Would have been better at the holiday Inn.

The Logan is a great hotel! I enjoyed my stay at the Logan Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at Urban Farmer was delicious! The burger on an English muffin was a tasty surprise. The decor and ambience is top-notch. I hear the pool is amazing. I'll have to catch a dip in the pool the next time I'm in town.

Epitome of Hospitality - Must Stay in Philly! What can I say! I haven’t been WOWed like this in a long time. It starts with the A1 valet team through to check in with a staff that truly values you and welcomes you with open arms and a wealth of information. Kudos to the GM! You have done a fantastic job and we appreciate! It’s a lovely property with a rooftop lounge you just check out offering a spectacular view of Logan Square. I got a king room overlooking the terrace and it was spectacular and relaxing. The C.O. Bigelow products are a stand out choice. Bathrooms are very roomy.
