No Sleep While the location is great, hotel service was great, and it’s clean, we did not sleep. The hotel runs along Arch Street which apparently turns into street racing after 11 at night. All night long motorcycles and cars speed up and down the road waking you up throughout the night. Police won’t chase them so it continues all night. Worst sleep I have ever had and I sleep with ear plugs. New York is quieter.

Clean, convenient and friendly Amy was incredibly friendly in letting us know about Hilton’s offerings. All staff at this hotel were friendly and professional. This is a no frills hotel but the rooms are clean, location is convenient and priced well. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and appreciated that there was a door separating the living room.

Good amenities and rooms Okay, area around hotel is full of ‘interesting’ characters to say the least. However, it is convenient to get around from and despite having to cross the road several times to avoid characters we didn’t actually have any trouble from anyone. Hotel itself and big and busy but very efficient. Breakfast was good, nice selection although self serve coffee would be better than waiting for staff member to notice you. Rooms clean and bright and microwave/fridge provided. Overall an enjoyable stay

Quick stop in We were passing through and had the pleasure of speaking with Amy today. She was so kind and gave us so many great tips about the area and properties around we could visit. She was a breath of fresh air. Definitely stopping in again for a stay and to say hi!

Fun weekend Philly trip We spoke with Viji today she was extremely helpful. She spoke with us about the vacations rewards program and was super informative. She even recommended an awesome brunch spot that we could try today. Awesome customer service and super friendly.
