Tyrah and Chevelle are AWESOME At check in Tyrah and Chevelle were simply amazing! They were pleasant and extremely helpful! We had a problem with parking but they went above and beyond to help. They deserve a 5+++ rating. The restaurant however, was very bad. It took forever to get my drink and then longer for the food which was not good at all. The server, whom I will not name, handed our food to us instead of setting it in front of us. Very poor.

My Three Heroes I had left my medication in the hotel room. I left for flight didn’t realize I didn’t have it. I called. Somebody said that they would hold it for me. When I came back to get it none of the supervisors seem to know anything. But that didn’t stop these three ladies, one was housekeeping and two was at the desk. They didn’t give up until they found my medication. Above and beyond for someone they did not know. That’s why I’m always stay at the Doubletree Philadelphia airport. Because that’s what kind of staff That hotel has. I’m hoping that you’ll recognize these three ladies. Patti, Alisha, and Tyran.

Great manager while dealing with Microsoft shut down Thank you to Zaire the manager at the double tree in Philadelphia. I want to start by saying my trip was horrible. With the Microsoft issue, flights canceled and most hotels fully booked everywhere. It was annoying. The manage Zaire was such a big help. The lines were long but he and his staff made things bearable. He was pleasant, kind and welcoming on such a frustrating day. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will definitely return when I’m on business in Philadelphia.

An Amazing Stay I had the pleasure of staying at the Double Tree with my husband for his business trip to Philadelphia on 7/19. Ironically this was during the outage that affected many different businesses not just our hotel. I was greeted at the front desk by Zaire. I watched as he greeted every guest with a huge smile no matter how frustrated they were he never lost patience or smile despite the outage. When it was my turn he was very courteous and assured me that everything would be fine despite the outage. I was able to check in without issue. The next morning I was shocked to see Zaire serving breakfast. It was as if he never went home. I could not let such dedication go unnoticed. Zaire is such an asset to the Hilton. I will definitely make sure to stay at the Double Tree the next time I am in Philadelphia.

Great stay Great location close to the airport and very convenient. Check in and out was great with the help of very helpful Alisca at the front desk. They have a nice pool to relax in for a few hours and restaurant bar for food and entertainment. Very good experience.
